Kim is super friendly and knowledgeable. Id give her 5 stars. But it was almost impossible to get ahold of them previously. Jay seemed like he really didnt care. Ultimately, it all got taken care of, albeit super slowly, so they get a 3*.

I kept hitting brick walls trying to get my daughter bonded out of Rockwall. I called Jbonds the first day but did not use them. After a week of trying, I called them back and wish I had just used them in the first place. Kim was pleasant and very helpful. She explained everything to me step by step and my daughter was out that evening! Im so grateful to them. Dont call anyone else.

This company charged my card $750 fraudulently, claiming that they paid this amount to Rockwall County to cover a preliminary Bond Amount that our Lawyer ultimately got reduced to $0 and full release was granted without Rockwall County receiving any Bond money....I requested a copy of whatever receipt they were given by Rockwall County when they “supposedly” paid them $750 for our Bond or a copy of the Cashiers Check/Money Order that they used to submit this $750 to the Rockwall Jail, which obviously they refused to give me a copy of because it doesn’t exist....Companies like this that prey on the weak are disgusting and should not be allowed to continue operating in our Country. I’ve already identified 3 other victims and rest assured that I will be investing a lot more than the $750 they stole from us for our Legal Team to help criminally prosecute these guys and help the others that they have scammed to recover as much as possible.

My husband was arrested in Rockwall. Being from another county it was almost impossible finding someone willing to bond him out. We went to multiple places and some of the responses were absolutely rude during a already emotional time! I found this number & Within 20 min the kind man had me calm amd was working with me. The woman Kim came up there on her day off to wait for us to arrive. Frantic and unfamiliar with the area we even got lost. Kim was patient, waited and helped us thru the entire process despite missing out on her saturday. There were not any problems here like with the other places AT ALL. WITHIN 35 MINUTES OF PAYING SHE WENT DIRECTLY THERE WITH US AND GOT MY HUSBAND OUT. NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER. IN ROCKWALL THEY REFERRED ME TO A FEW PLACES BUT THIS IS THE ONLY ONE I WOULD RECOMMEND. JBOND IS THE BEST..THANK YALL

This place is fraudulent. They charge you more than your quoted and don’t provide the services. After they take your money they are very rude. I was hung up on several times and they said if I wanted my money back I had to fill out a refund request form. I was told the form would be emailed to me but never received anything. We ended up having to pay another company and they charged half the price with no issues. I was told that these people take your money and lie to you about refunding the money since they didn’t provide a bond. They say 3-7 days for refunds and keep delaying your refund until you end up not being refunded. They completely took advantage of the situation and lied to us. They keep their doors locked during business hours and no is in the office to give you answers. If they are they dont answer the door. This is place is horrible. Stay away!

Great experience getting my love one out! Janette and Jay were very welcoming and understanding the minute I contacted them to start the process. They definitely cleared out any doubts and concerns. This bondsman took advantage of my situation and charged me the literal whole amount of my husbands bond, by first charging the normal average bond amount and then continuously asking for further money upon reviewing the paperwork it was the actual cost of our whole bond, when questioned they resorted to intimidation rather than offer any concrete explanation. BUYER BEWARE lots of other bondsmen with proper ethics

They said they could help then after I paid my 1000 they said they needed more money. Then it took 20 days to get my money back even though I was setting right in front of them!!

The person on duty on the weekend of April 8, 2017 thru April 9, 2017 was rude, was not considerate of my time. At first I was told he would be there in about thirty to forty five minutes and then no show. Called him back after about one and a half hours called again he said give him a few more mins. So we did all this time he did not once say I cannot release your family members belongings to you he still had us waiting. After about two hours called again and he was talking to me as if he was aggravated and said you can just go to another bails bondsman, Im in Lewisville and to come back at about 8:30 pm on April 9, 2017 with my niece to get her belongings. So I said to him if you werent going to be back at the office when you said you would be the why did you have us wait all that time. We could have save some time and used another bails bondsman gotten her out and been on our way before 6:00pm. That is not how customer service is done. Not acceptable!!!!

Called last minute, I came from McKinney, Tx to help a family member, I showed up filled paper work out paid a simple easy balance and 45min my family member was getting his butt chewed bc of his stupid decision he made!!!!......simple....easy....fast....5 stars for you Jay!!!
