This is a family-run(David and Nita) business that I have used twice, once for heating and recently for AC, both times service was prompt and efficient. Recently our AC went out and I called and Nita told me that David had just finished a job and would arrive at my home at 10:04am. I looked out my window at 10:04am just as David pulled up-talk about prompt! He analyzed the problem and was able to fix it quickly much to my family’s delight considering the heat index was 109 degrees at Love Field. The price was very reasonable and service was first-rate. David was prompt & professional. Was happy to repair the AC and push for a replacement, even though the unit is ancient. He did good work for a fair price and he came same day. Overall, a great experience!

Nita was great on the phone when I called late with a heating issue and David was very quick to figure out the problem when he looked at the furnace so we had some fun talking about hunting for a little bit before he left! One of my AC units was not working... turn it on, and could hear a click outside but no fan action. Called Neighborhood Heating & Air at 9:50AM the next morning... and David was here by 11AM. Turned out it was something so simple. An over look on the breaker for a possible power surge. Gave me info on what to look for when temps get hotter, as there may still be an issue... but for today everything looked ok and is back working. He did not charge me for coming out since it was a simple breaker issue today. However, I will be calling them and using them in the future for my AC main. Thank you so much for your help!

David has been my air/heat service guy for years. He replaced my upstairs coil just this morning. He is always on time, efficient and knowledgeable. He services my rental property in Garland as well. I wouldnt use anyone else and believe me, Id tried a bunch in years past! He knows his stuff!!

David has been servicing my HVAC for six years and I just won’t call anyone else. His service is honest and impeccable, and he ALWAYS makes time when there’s an emergency. He’s personable and kind, too. As a woman, I have no qualms about being alone in my home with him - that can be a big deal when we are by ourselves! His wife, Nita, is the sweet woman who takes the calls and is always on top of letting you know exactly when he’s on his way. It’s a small outfit, but I like to support small businesses, and his work is fantastic. You’d be foolish to go with any other company!

David was great! Wed been told one of our outdoor units was dead and quoted $1800.00 to replace the compressor with a used replacement... David got it running like it was no problem at all. Did an overall check and now we are cool without paying thousands.Nita is also so great to work with and well never use another company as long as these guys are available.

Honest to the core. David at Neighborhood has been my A/C guy for 10 years. When i first spoke with him, I had been given 2 quotes from two well-know companies. He quoted me 2/3 of their price without knowing he was competing for my business. I recently bought a different home and the motor went out on my compressor 6 months after we moved it. He was out within 2 hours of my call and had it fixed within 4 hours of my call, and that includes the travel time to pick up parts. He is an expert at his trade and always deals honestly with his customers. He refer him to anyone that asks.

This is a great company. The people are courteous and on time. They checked out my system and explained everything to me in terms that I understood. They fixed the problem and had my system back up in no time. The prices are fair and they do quality work. I highly recommend them for any heating or air conditioning issues you might have.

My AC went out in Aug? Im sure David was very busy, but he made time to come to Mesquite TX and fix my unit! He replaced a fan and gave the AC a tune up and we were back to a cool house in no time! We had a 30 yr old unit in attic that was on borrowed time and the outside unit on its last leg. Called Neighborhood Heating & Air Conditioning and David( owner) came out within an hour to give me an estimate on new unit. I got estimates from others but decided to go with David. The day I called to let him know we was going with him our fan on unit outside went out and he came within 30 min. and fixed it in 15 min. He was there on time with new unit and installed it same day and was there to make sure all work was done correctly he is very particular and makes sure its done right. He has a good crew. I called them because I noticed one of my A/C units was not blowing cold at 11am. The phone was answered immediately, and I was told it was no problem to have someone come out in the afternoon. I was called back and given 30 minutes notice, and by 2:30pm, my issue was fixed by David (the owner). He was professional and courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. I will have him back in a month or two to give my heater a maintenance check-up.

Ive used them for the last few years and have been extremely happy with their service. From the initial call for service to the on-site visit, they have exceptional customer service. Im very thankful Ive found a company I can and do TRUST to be honest and straight-forward with their assessment and suggestions and perform top notch work when its needed.

Our AC went out on a 100 degree day (of course) and we had a 4 mo old baby in the house at the time so we needed to get someone out there right away. I called Neighborhood Heating & Air around 4pm and he was there by 4:30. He found the issue quickly (just a faulty wire), fixed it and only charged the service fee of $75. Awesome company, would definitely recommend!

Over a year ago, we had David out to replace our furnace. He came out the same day we called to give a quote, his price was fair, he wasnt into up-selling, and he was straight forward about what would work best for us. He and his guys were out the next day to do the work, they were efficient and great to work with.When our outside unit stopped working today I immediately called him back up, he was out within two hours and immediately went to fixing the problem.I cant say enough great things, we appreciate David and the work he does. When friends are looking for an AC/heating repairman we are always quick to recommend him.

I had a 20+ year old HVAC system that was still running, but on borrowed time. I spent over a year doing research, looking at all the latest technology, and had a half dozen companies come out and provide bids. Most of them want to sell you the highest SEER equipment (highest cost also) and zoning. One of the biggest outfits (they run radio ads all the time) proposed a high-end system that I discovered was discontinued (overstock I guess). Through the process I had started to develop some ideas for a new system that were a little different. I called David to come out and I ran my ideas by him. He agreed that it all made sense. We proceeded with the project. David knows how to combine the right components for maximum efficiency at minimum expense. He has high expectations of workmanship during installation. Anything done by his crew that is not up to his standards is re-done until it passes - but dont worry - his guys are good. After 10 months of operation, I could not be more pleased. My home is 2500 sq. ft. The system replaced was old, but it was the highest efficiency available when new. My average electric bill (all total) is down 41% compared to same 10 months prior year. Highest 2014 summer bill (August) was $159.41. Prior 3 years the high summer bill was $240-260. We are keeping the temps FAR more comfortable than ever before. Call Neighborhood - Im sure you will be glad you did.

We called Neighborhood Heating & Air, and they were able to come out and diagnose our A/C issue within a couple of hours. David was professional and friendly. He actually replaced a motor on my unit, and because he did not have the exact match, he put an upgraded part in my unit for the same price!

If you want someone that is honest and great then you must use this company!!! I was so happy with the service and David is great!!!Had my air working the same day!!!
