Teachers are very good in their job preparing the students on what they really need to succeed in their College Admission tests. Went here for both tutoring and college prep when I was in high school. The tutors are all absolutely wonderful, supportive, and I honestly really enjoyed it! Elisa really helped me improve my writing skills, and Pavel and Alex definitely helped me get a solid ACT score in order to get into my dream college too :)

The management team have great ethics. No hard selling of their services. Instead you get honest feedback, and even better, you dont get locked into paying hefty fees in advance for hours and hours of tuition that your child doesnt need. The AP and SAT tutors are excellent both face-to-face and via Zoom.

Tutors know exactly how to teach, they know how to help you with anything, probably the best place to go for any standardized ACT/SAT test practice or general college application help. The debate instructors and members are also accessible and experienced. Standard tutoring, ACT/SAT sessions, and public forum debate sessions are all recommended.

If you’re thinking of getting tutored/ having your children tutored here you should 100% do it. I got tutored here for the ACT and all of the sessions the tutors gave were always so engaging, even though i’m not a huge fan of doing work I always enjoyed going online and having a session with them. Despite being online, they are still such amazing tutors who go above and beyond for their students.They are so good at tirelessly practicing with you, and they always make sure that you have every topic down and are patient when you don’t. My score went from a 26 to a 34 with them. They not only help with the skills, but also with test anxiety. I used to have horrible test anxiety, but with them I really got over that and went into each test with confidence.Their mocks are very accessible and they give great words of encouragement and pacing techniques. Their tutoring is extraordinary and all of the tutors were amazing to work with, kind, funny, and personal. They personalized my plan and helped me on my trajectory to a good score on the ACT!! I worked with Potomac tutoring when I was in high school and I was not the best at school. Buyer be aware. Be 100% sure before you sign up. My son started to attend the debate class. Instead of in person, the class is now offerred via Zoom meeting. The experience is sub par and the fee is the same as inperson class. After the minimum 3 day coof off period required by law, it is impossible to get your refund, even with dissatisfactory experience. I can only call the practice PREDATORY.

These tutors are the real deal. Not only do they know the material but they are also passionate about teaching it. Their approach revolves around actually teaching students what they need to know as opposed to having them memorize formulas and facts. This methodology will help students retain the information in both the short and long term. The wide offering of services makes it ideal for any and all students.

As someone who has gone to school with the tutors for nearly 6 years, I know from first hand experience their dedication and work ethic. And it is probably why they are so successful at what they do. They were not only at the top of their class for the majority of their academic careers but their constant drive to learn and be curious was contagious. But perhaps most importantly, these guys are able to dilute complex information into simple concepts, a rare quality found in other tutors.
