As long as you called 30 minutes to an hour in advance they may show up on time. And with everything that is good there are some bad seeds as well all in a day

Today, December 28 at 3pm at the Silver Spring transit center, The driver of cab 6110 refused to take me home ($11 is the meter price) when I told him I would pay with my debit card. I thought you would like to know.

Ive used them for years. Theyre great. They dont deserve the 2.2 rating they have now. The drivers are very professional and courteous. They always arrive early. They communicate very well over the phone when booking pickup times. I dont have a single complaint.I havent experienced anything like what the other reviews say. Ive probably relied on them at least 2 dozen times now to get me to the airport.

My elder mom (80 years old)used this cab company to get to one of her medical appointments. She requested a round trip when she made the appointment The driver called and said he was 15mins away which wasnt true. Gladly she wasnt late for her appointment. The cab driver said he would returned for her trip back home. She called when her appointment was done, he told her that he wasnt coming back after calling him 6 times. Even after she gave a return tip. She called the company and told the receptionist what happened. She waited for over 1 hr for the next cab to come. Im not happy at all!

Orange Taxi has been phenomenal in ensuring my guests make it to any of the airports and the company is even able to accommodate multiple reservations to ensure my large group of guests get from the event I am hosting to any airport. This definitely makes my job easier!

An hour and 15 minutes late to go 4.0 miles. Driver was nice, and he has to make a living too. Although, not very professional to be so late. Apparently he forgot in between routes. Smh

I ask for a car to take us to the airport that carries 5 passengers. They say we have a van, I say great! They send a van with no third row and ask us to squeeze 4 people in the middle row- with no seatbelts for us all! I really try to support local businesses, but until the quality of the service is up to a reasonable standard, Im through with trying.

I have been using Orange Taxi for years now to take me to the Metro for out of town trips, and theyve *always* shown up early for a reservation, unlike some of the bigger names. I only call them when we travel now, and I no longer worry about making our train or plane.

Service the lowest possible, Taxi was ordered upfront 3 hours.Did not show up! When called there was no record! I doubt that sane people are working there!

Constantly have ordered taxis at least 30 to 40 minutes in advance. Always given the 15 to 20 minute eta but it generally takes them 40 minutes to arrive at my pick up. Just use Lyft or Uber and make sure these taxi companies go out of business.

I called Orange Taxi and arranged a pickup, a week before an early-departure trip. I called them the day before departure, to verify the pickup, and they had no record of the reservation. OK, make a reservation. I called again that evening to verify, and again they had no record of the reservation in their system. The taxi did show up the next morning, and the $50 (plus tip) trip was OK, but my experience reflects real operational problems with this business. Next time, Ill use my new Uber app.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST TAXI I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE . The employees cuss at you on the phone, the office is very very unprofessional and they dont listen. To save you the trouble, please dont call this taxi cab or use their service Im trying to save you the trouble !!!!

If I can give 0 star, I will do it. My husband made a reservation from home to airport for international travel. On the travel day, the taxi did not show up and he called the customer service, they couldn’t find the reservation with the confirmation number, for which he asked the guy who made the reservation to repeat twice. He has to pay 4-week parking at the airport. This is ridiculous!

Used to like this company until the driver took me the wrong way then when I arrived at my destination instead of telling me how much it was he asked how much can I afford. Second time I got them I waited for an hour before calling them to find out where my taxi was to be told no one was available... a call would of been nice, never using them again.

I ordered my taxi at 11:30 the lady told me it was going to be a 20-25 minute wait it’s now 1 and they never showed or called to tell me they came or wasn’t coming. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

An Orange taxi just tried to run me off the GW Parkway. Dangerous and completely unacceptable. I would never get in one of these cabs if they paid me.
