Waste of time and money and resources.Do not help with anything. Only of capable of telling you to cope. No solutions for anything except maybe housing(which is a waste of money). Inexperienced therapists. No good LGBT therapists or maybe even at all.Psychiatrists barely have any good reasons for diagnosis and prognosis. Flawed judgement and potentially discrimination everywhere. Using the mental health of a client as an excuse for their own improper behavior or judgement is illegal and manipulation and not viable. Everyone is responsible for their own behavior. And you can sue for free at the commissioners office. Flawed competence everywhere.

Im a relative of a young lady who goes here. MOST recently, there have been complaints & Ive heard Poor Communications at Taft. The reason I say that is because Ive been hearing a couple of times the People at the Front Desk at Taft, a Young Lady in particular who is NOT communicating properly with Patients who show up on time to see their Therapists, & by the time the Patient shows up, The Young Lady at the Front Desk has told the Patient, Oh, you didnt get a Call earlier? You should of gotten a Call. Shes not here today? POOR COMMUNICATION Taft!! You need to get better communication skills & ACTUALLY communicate with Patients & tell them IF the Patients Therapist is NOT going to be in a certain day, SAY SOMETHING!!!! My Relative has driven to Taft before & has been told the SAME THING! She drives down to Taft, THEN gets told by the Front Desk that the Therapist is NOT there!! This is totally ridiculous! Cornerstone Montgomery is a terrific group Ive heard, BUT the lack of Communication up at the Front Desk between the Patients is awful!! Please do something about that right away! Thank you!

I came in the beginning of May looking for psychiatric treatment and wouldn’t take me till the beginning of June. A couple days before my appointment they called me telling me that they had no one available to take my appointment and rescheduled for another two weeks. They did the same thing a couple days before that. I live right underneath them at interfaith and I am homeless on Medicaid they blamed my insurance for the long wait. I told them I’m not waiting any longer bc at this point I’m not gonna be seen and continue to go without treatment even though they are less than 40 ft away.
