Went in to get fingerprinted for a job, and it was probably the easiest thing I have ever had to do. The staff was extremely friendly and I was in and out of there in less than five minutes. Theyre great at what they do.

Website says walk ins are fine but appointments take preference which is completely reasonable. I came in Saturday perhaps 15-20 minutes before 1pm which is when they close. I did not have an appointment. The guy at the counter said they DO NOT ACCEPT WALK INS ON SATURDAY. This is not mentioned anywhere on their website. I told them they need to put this on their website and got no response. Not acceptable for a business that is supposed to be well run.PART TWO: the next business day. The Rockville office recognized the problem that the website said nothing about no walk ins on Saturday and the corrected it immediately. They reached out to me and offered an appology and made the changes in the web site. When I went back on Monday I had an appointment. I was greeted by a friendly staff and all was finished in less than 30 minutes.. this is a great example of a company acting to correct an oversight on the web. My second visit was great and the staff very friendly. They have shown me this is a solid company who work hard to help the customer. Highly recommended.

Real easy to book an appointment the night before. They use 15 minute windows.. I actually showed up early and I got done quick. They use electronic fingerprinting, no messy ink. This was for my HQL application. Very friendly staff also.

I came in with pain in my hand and wrist and American Identity Solutions got my prints no problem - as in I did not hurt with their roll of my wrist and hand and the prints came out quickly and clearly. The folks were capable and kind. As a pre-school (and adult ed teacher) I have to get printed for work. These folks are excellent.

What can I say! The staff was awesome, uber simple process, in and out in 20 minutes. I would urge anyone to visit this location for your fingerprint needs!!!!

Super easy process. Website made making an appointment a walk in the park. Prices are fair, staff is super friendly. I made an appointment for 10 am, got there around 950, was out the door before 1015. Will definitely use them again if needed.

I went in 29Oct2016 at 1245 at the Rockville location to have my fingerprints electronically filed and it was nothing short of a great experience. I went in to the office and was greeted by Zabrina with a great attitude and professionalism. A very warm and pleasant person, Zabrina took my information and entered it into their system and proceeded to scan my fingerprints. Her joyful personality and great attitude made the experience even better. Thanks Zabrina!

I barely had to wait and was out with 10 mins. I needed a copy of my passport and asked if I could use the printer and she was ok with it. Nice place overall good experience!!

Literally took less than 5mins to get my fingerprints done. Very nice building and location as well. I made an appointment at 5:30pm, close to closing time, so there was only me and another person needing fingerprints done. Don’t really need an appointment unless you’re going during a time where it might be busy. Good service.

I had to come back because the notary filled out my I-9 form incorrectly, the staff seem like they didn’t know what they are doing. This is something very important for my new employment and I almost sent the form filled out incorrectly unbelievable.

So I went there today to get fingerprinted and I gave them the employer code and paid $47.20. 3 hours later I applied at another agency and they also wanted fingerprints so I called to ask if I can provide them with the code to send them the results.1) it took me calling exactly 13 times for someone to answer the phone2) They tell me that even though I just did the fingerprinting I have to pay another $47.20 to do the same thing hours apart??????What kind of BS is that??? I will never return there and will not be sending any customers to themNo thanks, absolutely terrible.

Easy online booking with plenty open appointment times throughout the day. Once I got there the service was fast and very professional. The only down side is they charge $2.00 for any card payments. Glad I checked this before I got there, so I carried some cash.

I called to ask if they took walk-ins, they said yes, I drove down and was in and out within a half hour. Very fast, very courteous.

The experience of getting the physical finger prints completed was seamless. Although you should know that there is an up fee if you are not paying in cash, and you wouldnt know until they tell you. I had my finger prints done Nov 9th and CJIS still had not received it on Dec15th. I called American Identity to see what was the hold up on my file and Zabrina could not provide me a proper response, she blamed it on the state. Very disappointing. Soon after I got off the phone with American Identity I located my CJIS transaction number and called them, and magically my case appeared.

The woman who performed by fingerprint was very nice and pleasant. Thanks!
