All steps going through the American Credit Card Solutions company were very clear and transparent in all transactions. They answered all my questions and customer care staff members were always friendly and supportive. It was a scary step forward but it feels awesome to finally be debt free! If you are in need of debt assistance I highly recommend this company!

DO NOT USE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CREDIT. These people gave me a sugar coated version of what was going to happen. They told me to stop making payments on all of my credit cards and loans and they would make the payments for me. What they didnt tell me is that theyd work on each one of my accounts individually and all my other accounts would be marked as delinquent and some of them defaulted!!!!!! My credit score dropped TWO HUNDRED points. I wont recover from this for years and the worst part is that they knew it was going to take 3 years and didnt tell me my credit would suffer this terribly. Youd be better off filing for bankruptcy.

I am beyond satisfied with the level of service and professionalism that I received through my journey with ACCS. They were consistently on point, efficient and diligent in handling all of my creditors. They gave me the piece of mind I had been needing for so many years. I am a person who would NEVER typically turn to a service like this for help, but I can honestly tell you that I would BEYOND recommend using this service if you are swimming in a sea of scary creditors and collectors.

This company has changed my life. Theres a lot of scams out there, but this is NOT one of them. Im in my last year of payments and about to be debt free *without filing bankruptcy a second time*. Worst decision of my life. I was hesitate to enroll but decided to move forward because Travis Hahn with Credit Direct sold me a bill of lies, he misrepresented the facts and gave me the impression my accounts would be settled in 30 - 90 days and would not reach the point of collections, come to find out 9 months later that is not at all true. They tell you that you have been approved for a certain amount and that settlements will begin being made on your behalf immediately, truth is they use only the monthly payment you give them each month to make payment arrangements to the creditors which isnt much because they take a large cut of it for themselves. I could have done all of this myself and not had to pay a fee to a 3rd party or have so much time pass, the only way to expedite settlements is by giving them more money. I would have been better off making my own payment arrangements, I went from have a perfect payment history on my credit report to several delinquent accounts 120+ days late and my credit score has dropped over 150 points, bright side I am told that in only 26 more months I can expect my accounts to be resolved. I feel this is a predatory company who took advantage of my financial situation and vulnerability. Please do not fall for it if you are concerned with a quick and efficient way to get out of debt this is not the way to do it!

ACCS has made it possible for me to pay off serious credit card debt, much sooner than I had expected. Within 18 months, I had resolved 75% of my accounts. ACCS has taken away a lot of the anxiety of negotiating with multiple creditors. They have also been very accomodating with scheduling my monthly payments. ACCS is also helping me restore my credit. My experience is very bad, I started a contract with them and I didnt have any progress, then they told me that if at any time I wanted to cancel the contract they would give me back the money and it wasnt like that, they played with my money, I paid 500 dollars and they gave me back 98 watch out for this company they worked with me very badly and my super reported credit at the end is left with your super bad credit
