I had a request about a problem I was experiencing with my Zoom app (my profile picture, although entered, was not showing when my video was off on zoom calls). I asked for help and Andy B got back to me on the same day and quickly fixed the problem.I have always gotten fast, professional service from the folks at OSIbeyond. They are extremely responsive and profesional and I am happy to know that I can rely on them for whatever IT issue I might encounter going forward.

I had a simple, but time sensitive, need which arose somewhat late in the afternoon. OSI got back to me very quickly, with simple instructions on how to resolve my issue. I was able to then move forward and complete my work well before the day was over. Really appreciated their responsiveness!

Seldom can we have an IT issue being remotely while holding a conference call of your board members at the same time. Andrea did a great job, she was very responsive and explained everything she was doing so I wasnt left just wondering what was happening. OSI has always been very responsive, as part of a small staff it is important that if we have issues with our computers, it be resolved quickly and OSI has always done that for us.

Response: My backup (external) HD had gone bad. Within a week the problem had been identified, a new HD was ordered and received, and all files were successfully transferred. This was done via daily phone appointments, all of which were kept and occurred at the scheduled time. OSI has a very capable and professional team. Kudos to all, and especially Austin who worked patiently to get it right.
