Passed my MTA network fundamentals exam today. ASM was more then helpful. ED is great professor, who knows pretty much everything. The staff is very nice and Hamad was very courteous to me with everything. 1 cert down 2 more to go. If your thinking about signing up two words DO IT.

Nice proctors that mean well but ultimately too much of a distraction. If your looking for a place to take your test in peace and quiet. This ain’t it!!! There are better locations in the city with Free parking. Proctors kept coming in and out of testing sight. I didn’t mind when they came to sit other testers but they kept coming in randomly for instance one brought my drinks/food inside. Then 20 minutes later he moved closer to me. Then an hour later another came and took my drinks. I had no problem keeping them outside as a matter of fact that’s where I left it but this is a distraction for my test. Also to make matters worst the POWER went out and all the computers went off. Everyone had to leave the area while they reset computers. Thank god I didn’t lose my progress but again another distraction. Even worst at some points one proctor wasn’t wearing a mask, he tried to cover his face with his tie and another sign me in with the mask below his chin. So def not Covid safe here. Even though the building is nice, with all things considered I will not come here again and I believe these distractions effected my performance.

ASM has been a blessing! Edmond is an amazing teacher. ASM has a positive and motivational environment that makes you strive for better each step of the way. I passed MTA Network today, “Praise the Lord”, more to come next. Currently taking Net+ and Sec+ with ASM as well. Thanks Hamed for always being available to answer all the questions I have.

I pass my MTA network fundamental. ASM is great center to star your career and the key word is to never say I GIVE UP after the first try. You have to work hard in order to get what you need.

Always a good experience at ASM. The staff members are very friendly and helpful especially Hamed and Adrienne. I took three classes here, CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+ .I passed the CompTIA A+ twice here (idk why I let my first cert expire but thankfully I was able to pass again).I like it when Hamed says, “Praise the Lord!” It’s so true though because without God none of this is possible. Definitely check ASM out if you’re looking to get into IT.

They give you every opportunity, but you must come prepared to study on your own as well. ASM had my back when I had trouble with Pearson Vue and was initially unable to take my exam. ASM has been a great facility for instructing me on my journey through the Core Programs thus far (A+, Network+, and Security+). The instructor Mr. Shiva is a great instructor. He puts a lot of energy to make sure everything is covered and understood. The atmosphere also is very friendly and supportive, from the front desk to every single person at the office. I highly recommend them, and I will be referring my friends and family to them.

Before coming to ASM i had taken the Sec+ three times and failed. This exam broke me! Vala, the instructor was very supportive in giving me extra time with my questions and concerns during class time and helping me with extra study material. Being in the class with other students also helped as we bounced ideas together/ Im grateful and highly recommend this institution. Happiest day of my life in a long time. Great folks here who encourages me on exam day as i was highly nervous and ready to give up if i failed again. they calmed me and im glad this test is behind me now.

Hands-down one of the best places in the DMV to take IT certified classes and they are also a testing center. As of writing, I have participated in 2 classes and accumulated one IT certificate under their guidance. Highly recommended.

Unprofessional conduct of exam by : ASM EDUCATIONAL CENTER 11200, Rockville Pike, 220, Rockville, MD 20852.The computer Froze in the middle of my exam (after I had answered 7 or 8 questions). It kept freezing when I hit the next button on the test, while the clock kept ticking which reduced my allotted time.When I called the supervisor for help, she gave me a nasty look and failed to fix it. I asked another guy for help. With the clock ticking, he sent me out of the exam room and asked me to wait in adjoining room for more than fifteen minutes (15 min). When I came back, the computer had deducted fifteen minutes of my exam time. It continued to freeze every time I moved the mouse.I lost a significant amount of time as well as my concentration because of this. This is a very unfair way to conduct exams. Therefore I deserve a full refund of my money or a chance to retake the exam in a professional test taking facility..
