We were impressed with WE Restoration from the first moment we met Greg Krowitz. After having mold inspection and testing done by a seperate company, we contacted five companies to review our project and provide us a quote. We Restoration was the only company that reviewed the detailed lab report from the mold testing that we provided *prior* to coming to our home. Greg arrived prepared. Greg assessed the project areas and immediately made mental connections to how the hidden mold in our newly purchased home was making us sick. He crafted a detailed plan of action and submitted a proposed scope of work to us. Although costing the most out of the 5 quotes we received, this company provided us the most comprehensive scope of work for remediation. Additionally this company not only had the certifications, but the employees clearly had the scientific and legal knowledge, and technical expertise to get all of the job done and to get it done right. While completing the work (May 26 - 28, 2021) the team was respectful of our property and items and we did not record any damage to our home or belonging after the work was completed. The team communicated with us every step of the way and were very professional. After the work was completed we had a post-remediation test completed by MI&T and the results came back clear. We Restoration did such an excellent job treating our home for mold that the test results came back that our homes interior air quality (in terms of mold) was better than the control sample of air quality from outside. We highly recommend this company.

I am so thankful we found We Restoration. We had a range of water damage and mold issues in our basement. Their general manager, Itai, is responsive, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Their work was professional and thorough. In the course of dealing with the issue, we had people ranging from a basement waterproofing company, 2 sets of contractors, a mitigation company sent by insurance, and others comment on how We Restoration does excellent work. Having mold and water damage puts one in a vulnerable position as you very likely don’t know what needs to be done to fix the issue, and you’re somewhat at the mercy of the company doing the work. Throughout the process and now with it completed, we have had the utmost confidence in the work being done, as well as the honesty of We Restoration. We previously had a smaller job handled by one of the larger restoration companies in the area, and felt their work to be sloppy and unprofessional. While you are likely having a bad day if you are looking at reviews for restoration companies, I will tell you that hiring We Restoration will be a choice that will give you peace of mind soon.

My townhouse (which I needed to sell) had a persistent mustiness. Working with Itai was excellent. My wife and I just bought an as is property that was told by our inspector to have the second worst mold problem he ever saw. The whole basement was infested along with spores throughout the house. We restoration was able to give me a fair quote and come into the property and fix the infestation. It was like night and day walking into the property after they were done with it, the air was clean, everything smelled fresh, and since Ive left weve had no more problems whatsoever. We were extremely satisfied with them and I would recommend them to anyone. Itai was a pleasure to work with during a stressful water leak/resulting damage. He was professional and timely. We considered his costs fair as they were near entirely reimbursed by our insurance without fight. We recommend him without reservation.

In an industry where we found that many companies are fraudulent and don’t have the expertise to deal with a dangerous mold situation I was frustrated and scared for my family.Then Itai came to my house and from the get go he was very honest and upfront about the severity of the mold issue we were facing. He was very educated, explained the issues in a very easy way to understand, even went as far as to say “whomever you hire, you need to get all of these things done, your kids and your Heath you cannot put a price on”We are renting and the landlord ended up hiring a cheap guy who took two fans and blew the Black mold all over the house creating a worse situation.We finally demanded Itai and his company be hired after our daughter had 12 nose bleeds and the other broke out in rashes. Itea came out right away and I could tell he was serious about tackling this job. The entire house was closed and they quarantined the entire house off in sections. They treated the Black mold over the course of a few days.Itai even went as far as demanding our landlord replace the insulation in the attack due to the duct work being totally compromised. He was our advocate through the entire process. I cannot stress enough the dangers of Black mold and hiring the right guy and company. I would hands down recommend Itai and his company. They got rid of all the mold and we could finally live with the peace of mind knowing we hired the right person and company and living in a safe environment.

Trustworthy is the best word to describe this company. I was helping an old family friend. After having some breathing issues because of mold in her apt, she asked me to help her with finding a mold removal company.
