My son is so fond of going there and using his laptop in the office cubicles that hes always inquiring about when the next service is due.I really appreciate the support from the Service Manager (Ann). Nelson, my service advisor, provided excellent customer service as he always does. I initially went to the dealership to repair my radio but the entire process took several weeks because the 1st install of the radio was defective. Not sure why the problem wasn’t caught until after I picked up the car the 1st time. Im also not sure why radio assemblies are SO SO (over 3K) expensive at the dealership.

Well, my experience goes beyond the star rating! And I had a pleasant experience from the moment I stepped in the Ourisman Lexus of Rockville with a desire to own a Lexus till the moment I stepped out with the car keys. First, I met Mr. Seth, the sales executive who walked me through available options. He was able to connect with me quickly. I brought my Lexus actually two weeks ago today. It was the best decision that I’ve made in while as far as purchasing a car. The salesman whose name was Yaw Pepra was phenomenal, he made me feel very comfortable with the decision that I was about to make. The gentleman that worked with me in finance his name was Arnold Garcia he was very professional and I can honestly say he went above and beyond for me. Drove my car in for regular maintenance and identified 3 items for them check on. When the service was completed 2 of the items remained unfixed.I had never had any problems with the car not running, but it broke down and shut off 3 times the very next day!Now I’m having a hard time getting Lexus Of Rockville to take ownership for the problem. Actually, I’m having a very difficult time even getting them to return a call.

Very bed experience. We go to store and they assign us a sales-peipei. It is good with test driving and introduction. When we negotiated about the price. she suddenly change. We politely show our bid. She think it is too low. then we keep increasing, she just keep the original price. that is fine. However, with time going on, she is getting more and more angry, speak with mood and keep the original price. We know we can not make the deal. She nudely said you guys can go, there is no room for negotiation. We decide to leave and politely said can we get back our information, ID copies and telephone.Then, she tears off our information copies off in front of us and throw it to trash!!! Can you believe? Really??How rude it is? It is turning my day down. I did not expect that we can not negotiate car price with sales. I did not expect that we get depressed by buying a car.Really Bad experience, I promised I would not come back anymore.
Ozzie has been taking care of my wifes Rx400H for more than 5 years. He is very friendly and we always discuss, prioritize services by importance and keep the car in a good shape. We have a BMW and an Acura but we feel the Lexus is most reliable and runs very smoothly as new even after 15 years of driving. Highly recommended.

The service experience was excellent at Lexus Rockville location. This was my first time here so was unsure how things will go. Osborne was very helpful and explained the issues with the car without pushing me to fix it right away. I have mixed feelings about my experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. First of all, the salesperson, although professional, polite and very responsive, had no idea about the features on the car, so could not tell me about them during the test drive or after purchasing the vehicle. I don’t blame her for this however because she was new to the dealership. I do however blame whoever is her supervisor because they should have recognized this and paired me with someone who was familiar with the vehicle instead of me returning to ask for someone more knowledgeable to show me the features. The person they eventually did pair me with, Josh, was extremely helpful and professional.Second, I bought a certified vehicle and I’m not impressed with their certification process. The vehicle was missing a headrest which I had to contact them about and wait a few days for it to be ordered (that process was quick). Then it was also missing a mat in the cargo area. I was told that one was ready to be picked up but when I arrived at the dealership, it was the wrong color for my car. I was greeted by Seth Hamm, who initially was trying to be helpful but then became very condescending and said that I could not expect the salesperson to remember the color of my car because they sell so many cars, instead of just apologizing for the inconvenience for me driving there to pick up the wrong item.So overall, not as happy with the experience as I would have expected from a luxury dealership but Lexus vehicles basically sell themselves and I love mine.

I appreciate K.Wu saying to call him for aby questions I have. It was pouring raining with a tornado warning in the area, K. Put in the car seat for me and turned on all the safety features. Totally appreciate that.Also, I did financing with Sasan, he took his time to thoroughly explain the pricing and offers to protect my car. He made sure I was comfortable with what I was paying for. Lexus of Rockville provides a unique experience in maintenance repairs. Jimmy provided me with options, and I did not feel pressured. They updated the computer software and lubed the panels of my window for no charge. Lexus of Rockville provides excellent service and a great experience!
The repair was fine, however Lexus told me they could not open the trunk of my es300 to finish the job properly. They told me my key did not work so I paid for the job and as soon as I get home, I opened the trunk with the key. Makes me think they really did not even try. Dont make excuses for doing a poor jobmy word its not like your a shade tree operation...dont act like one.
Superior service. They offered me a nohassle lender when brakes took an extra 2 hours. Nice.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Jim who handled the service was very lackadaisical and held our car for another 5 hours without caring if I needed my car or not. They didn’t call us to settle their fees and lied they were trying to reach out. Though we were supposed to have paid for the service at purchase of the vehicle and someone took it out without our notification. That’s a long story. Other senior employees who value their customers tried to placate us but Jim had no regrets. Quite unfortunate, the car was delivered after 7pm. No one should have to endure such despicable customer service. I had no problems with the sales department. I would not recommend that individual handling any one’s service.

Osborne gave us hope that there’s still someone who’s honest and reliable. Kofi made me feel empowered and in control the entire time that we meet. We looked at several cars before I found my Black on Black Lexus 300 NX. The purchase was quick and topped off with a BIG Red bow. I will definitely come back to them in the next 10 years for my new Lexus.
