They figured out what was wrong with our vehicle when other auto shops couldnt. Even fixed some of the recalls on the car and saved us money. A few hiccups in the process towards the beginning but they we’re quick to fix. Overall they’ve been helpful and friendly, especially the owner Ricardo.

Joseloss was able to diagnose and fix a complex electrical issue my husband had in his 2015 Chevy Malibu. Two other reputable places he went to, basically, because his car died nearby their shops, gave him the run around, made him buy a new battery, and let him drive away with the check engine light still on. No one mentioned the low voltage running to the second battery located in the trunk. It wasnt until Joseloss explained the issue and showed us the second battery in the trunk, that we even knew it existed. Troubleshooting was not easy, but Joseloss kept us in the loop the whole way and charged a fair price.How do you put a value on a fair, honest mechanic? I dont know, but I am sure glad we found one in Joseloss!

I have service appointment at there Gaithersburg location 9:30 am today, and they discuss to open the door at 11:45 am today without notifying me. The customer service here has always been top notch! Everyone who has helped me in the past has been knowledgeable and friendly. I used to have to bring my car in for my breathalyzer service and the wait time wasn’t always great but the service always made up for it. Now I bring my car in just for regular car service and the work is always done in good time, done well, and the customer service is still A1! I highly recommend this place!

I love and trust these mechanics! I had been looking for a knowledgeable, affordable mechanic to take my car to and I found it. This place is a little hard to find, but worth looking for I am not going anywhere else for my mechanical needs as long as this place is in business. I understand that there is a wait usually a long wait, but where do you go to get you car serviced where you dont have a wait? so I either leave my car and come back for it or take a walk or run while my car is being serviced.

Personally I was in and out in a matter of 10 minutes! New young lady working there who did an amazing job! There were little hiccups in the beginning but they have since done very well at getting people in and out!

The customer service experience in this place is terrible. Theres a particular person who is the only woman that works there and she has no respect for anyone, she is very rude and disrespectful. I believe there are many people that think the same way. I have called to switch my appointment and she has screamed and cussed me out just because I said my opinion about her on Google reviews. I am glad that I have made a complain at the MVA and I found out that I was not the only person that has made a complain about her before. I am super happy that I have already been transferred to another location without extra expenses and it is not that far from my house. Be careful when you put a comment with your name here on Google reviews.

The guy I spoke to on the phone was one of the mechanics and told me they close at 2pm but when my husband got there he was still there and it was open and he asked him if he could work on his car it was only a 10min job (literally) and he refused!!! The worst service Ive ever had!!
