Good Location and School, I have been staying here from past 2 years, good neighborhood. The Management of the this Apartment, especially leasing office stuff are always helpful, No issues with Maintenance.

I lived at this complex for 2 years and recently moved out for a new job. I would gladly go back if I could! You know its a good place when many residents have lived there for 20+ years. The amenities at the complex are incredible for the low cost - tennis court, huge pool, free parking lot, private park-like walking path, covered balconies for each room. Theres even new updates like Amazon Hub lockers for each building. Everyone in the community was friendly and nice. Management is accessible and accommodating. Very close access to Trader Joes, Giant, and Target. Only downsides are the smokers and the motel style (youre outside in all weather as soon as you step out your front door).

I live in building 6000. Not only is this place noisy into the wee hours of the morning, but the construction is so cheap that you can both hear and FEEL every bang or thud coming from your neighbors apartment. I absolutely hate it here. I joke with my friends that I live above a flock of rhinoceros because I can feel them vibrating my floor from below me. They keep telling me I should move which I will be doing as soon as my lease is up. Not only is the insulation from the neighbors poor, but the north side of the building which I live on is exposed to the retail center next door. You can often hear generators, construction crews, or cleaning vacuums roaring from across the way at midnight or later during the weekday. The sprinkling on top of this cacophony of noise is the street traffic, which if it were by itself would be tolerable.I would highly recommend you do not move into this building! The amount of sick days Ive had to take because of the noise ruining my nights sleep have cost me a 20% premium in PTO on top of what I already pay in rent. I cant believe the zoning laws allow this place to stand.This place should be condemned.

So loud! Even if you only have a single person above you, footsteps are magnified and it sounds like King Kong. Believe me, I have rented for many years and I know what is normal and what is not. The floor/ceiling construction is horrid. Also, the heating is very inefficient. The large window was lovely but the apartment was freezing in winter and I spent a fortune to heat a tiny overpriced studio apartment and it was still cold. I did like the location, but I would never move back into these apartments, I would move elsewhere in Rockville/Bethesda instead.

We love living here! Property management staff is fantastic. Theres a 24-hour maintenance line you can call, and during the day the office staff is always very helpful. Depending on which building you live in, parking might get a little crowded, but for ours theres always plenty of spaces.

Love the pet-friendly community feel with access to everything within a 5 mile radius. Given that the community is a bit older, it was built with ample green space in mind. It even has its own walking path behind the buildings. Parking is free for tenants and visitors so its really convenient. Management and maintenance staff are always professional and courteous. Only complaint is the thin ceiling and noise as a result... but everything else makes up for it. Have met many tenants whos been here for years, a sign of a well-managed community.

People here absolutely love it here. I had a friend who lives here, and he was very happy. The elevators also have the faster door closes of any elevators Ive experienced when you press that button. I hear the property management staff here is the best.Keep in mind, some of these units are condos, and they are managed separately. A lot of the units here are undergoing, or have completed renovations, which means, youll hear renovation noise. Also, the ceilings arent too thick, so you can hear people above you easily, and maybe below.Most people use the stairs for these buildings and parking is free for you and your guests (unless they recently changed that).So besides noise of people above/below, I really havent heard many issues about this place. Not all the units have full sized w/d so be aware of that.

Living here was an absolute dream! The staff was ALWAYS warm and welcoming. I loved here for a little over a year and had no issues. After I purchased a home and decided to submit my lease termination I was informed that I could rent month to month with no penalties. The open parking, clean grounds keeping, and overall professionalism was superb. Prior to moving out they provided a thorough list of things that needed to be done prior to me moving out. After completing those I moved out and recieved my entire deposit. Everything was wonderful and I highly recommend this complex.Meagan Cobia

I live there for three years in two different units. I loved it for the first few years. I decided to move out as I wanted to get a roommmate. Shortly after I moved out, my roommmate ended up moving out of State so I moved back in. The problem began after I moved out for the second time. I am a military member, and I had to set up an allotment to be enrolled in the military program. After I moved out in May, the military still paid the apartment for the rent for June. I got the invoice from the Miramont saying that they will refund me. I called the leasing office to see how long it would take for me to get the refund, and they said 45 days. I received my refund in two weeks when I moved out the first time, so I thought I would get it soon. I waited a month, still no check. I called them and of course they still told me to wait until my 45 days are up. When my 45 days was up, I called the leasing office to follow up, and they said it was still not processed. They said it wasnt a deposite (apparently my wording caused this whole issue, not their laziness to check my account), and they have to submit some kind of paperwork to get the BAH refund processed. They said they would do it on the day of so I thought it was all set. I still didnt receive my check after waiting for two weeks, so I decided to call the corporate. After transferring me to 5 different department, someone found out that it was still has not being processed. They said they will check with the accounting department and give me a call back before the end of the day today. AND OF COURSE, I STILL DIDNT GET A CALL BACK. Its been almost two and half months after I moved out and they are STILL PROCESSING THE REFUND. If you decide to move here, great. But know that if you move out on the last day of months and the military paid them for the next months rent, EXPECT THAT YOUR MONEY IS GONE.

Maintenance is hired for this property only, friendly and do great job with snow & storm clean-upoffice crew is friendly and always wanting to assist with requests that are within reason
