Joe at Service Master has been wonderful to us during a rough time. He worked directly with our insurance and communicated with us everyday. The crew was efficient and very clean in our home.

We had water damage in our finished basement from a slow leak. Efrain came to give us a rough estimate and just did a great job of helping us understand the potential damage and the cost depending on how bad the damage was behind the walls. We were comfortable knowing they would keep us in the loop every step of the way. Adam and team did a fantastic job with removal and mitigation of the damage. Adam checked in on things daily and helped keep costs lower by removing equipment that was no longer needed. Loved their professionalism and trustworthiness!

Servicemaster did a fantastic job cleaning and fixing our home after our fire. I couldn’t believe how quickly everything was done. Trevor managed the entire process for us from start to finish and we never had to worry about anything. Eric made sure the replacement items were exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond what we expected. Laura took us through step by step for our pack out and inventory and was so sweet and understanding. We are so thankful to their staff. They made a very difficult time in our lives so much easier.

I have been going back and forth with them for over a year now about the ceiling seam and it has just gotten worst over time. Told me was due to water getting in and had company check roof again and no leaks. Plus have more and will share it later. Trevor is on vacation more than he works it’s seems also.

My mother was a hoarder. The house was a catastrophe of jumbled papers, unwashed dishes with food still in them, and a large pile of things that are too unpleasant to mention in an online review. Lets just say it was a genuine biohazard disaster zone.William (Bill) Swawell of Servicemaster was one of the few people who returned my calls and did me the service of coming out to inspect the space despite the miasma. He and his team did a great job processing large quantities of garbage and biohazard waste but were sensitive and careful enough to pick out all of the treasures (ie old family photos, important documents, even loose change) buried amongst it.He has stayed involved with clean up projects and helping me to manage a lot of work that still needs to happen at the house; it is essential to have someone I can trust doing this work since I am out of state and cannot directly supervise.Bill has earned my trust for the quality of his work and equally important his honesty; he refunded the unspent portion of our initial deposit down to the penny.I hope you dont need ServiceMaster...its a disaster mitigation service and no one wants a disaster. But when (not if) disaster hits you will want a team like Bill and ServiceMaster DSI involved in putting your life, home, and/or business back in order.

After I reported my house was experiencing electrical issues, they responded within an hour. The ServiceMaster team is punctual, respectful, & professional. I will be using them in the future for any more of my needs that arise.

On time, great equipment, Adam Zacharuk, Crew Chief and Jay Mora were careful, set up containment, protected carpet and did a superb job of removing water damaged wall and ceiling materials. A water line of my fridge burst on a Sunday night, and I had water throughout main floor. They came at 10:30 pm and worked til almost midnight. They came every day Monday through Thursday too to check progress, remove flooring, adjust fans, etc.
