My husband was treated with the utmost respect while shoping and creating my engagement ring. They brought his vision to life. When we went in to look at bands we dealt with Victoria, and she was absolutely wonderful in helping us pick out the perfect bands to compliment my engagement ring, and my husbands wedding band. Since then I have been back to get appraisals on my family heirlooms that have been passed down to me. They are all very knowledgeable, and attentive to ones needs and desires.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not often that a jewelry store talks themselves out of a sale, but if their jeweler says mom’s rings don’t need repairs at this moment, I appreciate that. Previous estimate at another jeweler was over $500, so yay that the items can be worn longer before needing repair. We will be back every so often to have them looked at, and will eventually have them repaired at Gruno’s when needed.

Came in for an appointment with Sue on 4/10/21 to discuss my first Rolex purchase. She was polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We discussed all options and zoned in on a few that really stood out to me. She even sent me home with a great Rolex book Ive been reading. The entire Gruno’s staff made our engagement ring shopping experience amazing. From the first day we walked in, we were greeted and shown around. Ida took her time with us explaining all our different options and went above and beyond to find us the perfect diamond we were wanting. The day we came back to get my ring resized we learned that we were priority and I got my ring back very quickly! Everyone was so friendly and answered all our questions. My ring is beautifully crafted, I love it and couldn’t imagine better customer service.

Sue Grace is one of the most personable sales person I have ever met. 20 plus years ago I bought my girlfriend jewelry at the old location in the Colonial Village mall from Sue. Several years had past before I went back to Grunos and Sue remembered me by name. Its said that it is hard to find good employees Grunos has found GREAT employees.

This is by far the best Rolex and jewelry store in the nation. They have superb customer service along with a highly skilled and dedicated group of employees... These guys know what they are doing!!! You have to feel comfortable with who repairs your jewelry. I like that my rings arent shipped out to some factory for repair. The jeweler is right there and can answer any kind of question. I wouldnt take my jewelery anywhere else.

They turned a bad situation into a good experience for me. My fiance purchased my engagement ring here and within 8 months two different diamonds fell out of the band (without damage to the setting) at two different times. One in March and one in August. I was very upset and both times they fixed it for free for me. I went in expecting to have to fight with them- and Josh was amazing. He was a extremely pleasant and helpful, and they got it back to me the same day. Kudos! :)
