We could not be happier with the service we received from O & O. Kyle was super friendly and professional. The price was fair. There was a pretty big pine tree right next to the foundation to our home. There were numerous obstacles, but Kyle disappeared the tree. We didnt find a single wood chip in the yard. Also, we had trimmed some other bushes, and he removed all of those branches from our yard too. Truly above and beyond service. Highly recommended!

I was referred to O&O by a family member who had fairly extensive tree removal done at his place, and mine was a big trimming job in a somewhat awkward spot. I came home that day to find the lawn intact and 100% cleaned up, and they also made sure the neighbors place was cleaned of the fallout. Easy to recommend these folks.

Kyle, Sally, and their efficient crew did an exceptional job of removing 4 dying trees and trimming four other ones on my property. They were efficient, finished a tough job in one day, and cleaned up so everything looked beautiful. These folks pay meticulous attention to every detail, and their reasonable pricing makes them the only service anyone in the Rockford area should want to contact. Ill add that this was the second time I called on them. About seven years ago, they did the same kind of job--and I wouldnt think of looking elsewhere for help. Bonus: theyre some of the nicest folks you could ever hope to meet!

Second time we have used Kyle and his crew. First time for tree removal and second time for tree trimming. Both jobs were done to perfection. Kyle personally supervises the jobs. He and his crew are very professional and highly skilled at their trade. For both jobs they arrived on time, worked safely and efficiently. Upon completion they clean up the work area completely. These guys are great! I have used O & O three times over the years to trim & remove trees and they do a wonderful job. They are meticulous about clean up and I cant say enough about how pleasant it is to work with Kyle and Sally. Great service!

They picked up the phone promptly. Lady on the phone said they dont service Belvidere. (no explanation) Seems strange because they are a tree service not a pizza delivery service, and Rockford is literally 10 minutes from our house and we had four large trees that needed to be removed so it would have been an expensive job. Guess they dont need the work! My recommendation would be to put this on your website so you dont get unwanted phone calls.

I called O & O and within a day, I had a quote. Within the week, our maple that was getting into the septic and covered the pool was gone. There is not evidence that a tree was ever there. I would highly recommend O&O.

My wife and i called kyle up for an estiment to remove a big oak tree. In the back yard had a few other companys out to look at it but they all gave me high price. Except for o&o . they took it down in just one day. They cleaned up my yard so good i couldnt even tell they were even here.i would suggest to call them upwhen need work done i will for now on

Terrible service. Told me theyd be out in 3 weeks, a month and a half later still hadnt heard from them. Called to find out what was going on and was told he would call me back. A week later still hadnt heard anything and decided to go with ASAP tree service.
