They came to cut a fellow neighbors tree. They sent her to ask if they could use our driveway as a pathway, which was fine, but they should have asked themselves to clarify it was ok. They then used our grass and damaged it, ruined our memorial garden, by ripping out the trellis which had a vine growing on it, and broke 2 of our angels that were passed on to us from a deceased loved one. The way one of our angels were laying, appeared as if it was thrown. I have tried calling numerous times and they do not answer, I have now attempted to text them and have not received a response. This is a very careless and unprofessional business. I will be contacting who I need to regarding this issue.

These guys know how to do it and get it done!!!the only thing that they left in my yard were some tire marks and they werent bad at all. they removed one huge oak tree that was close to and hanging over my house. of course, it was dead. and in the back yard they removed several dead limbs and some other ones close to the house and hanging over the house. if you couldnt see the tire marks, you wouldnt know that a tree had been cut down.again, the tire marks werent bad at all and expected!!!I would recommend them and would use them again.

I had a scheduled appointment on a Saturday morning. After a no-show or phone call I contacted the business. Apparently, I was forgotten and was asked if I wanted to reschedule since they were finished for the day. I reminded them that they weren’t finished but they refused to honor my appointment for that day. At that point, I understood that customer service was not a priority. They did apologize but actions speak louder than words. Extremely poor customer service If I was able to give a zero star I would have. 👎🏻

This isnt a place it is a tree trimming/cutting business. Storm, tree fell, called Flying W and within 2 days it was cut up, cleaned up and gone. Nice guys and so was the boss who worked as hard as the crew. Highly recommend these guys.

Fantastic service! The whole crew worked together as one team to get a hazardous tree down in record time. It took less than an hour from start to finish to get this more than 50 foot tree down on a main street SAFELY with very little disruption of traffic. These guys know what they are doing. I was very impressed !

Excellent!! Removed my Moms giant Blue Spruce & Phil was very thoughtful and cut planks for our family to make tables. Very much appreciate... I remember my Dad planting that little tree when I was taller than it was. Thank You from the Gallagher Family!!

I honestly can not speak to their tree cutting services but I was behind their company truck tonight while waiting in a McDonalds drive thru line and watched the driver throw his garbage right out of his window. Several times. When he pulled away there was literally a pile of garbage left laying on the concrete. Somebody that would be so disrespectful while driving their company truck probably does not take a whole lot of pride in their business.
