If i could give zero stars i would. Called for an inspection of our breaker box in the house as we had just had an electrical fire and had recently had our box replaced. All i needed was to verify it was done correctly. Was quoted a acceptable rate for the inspection so I scheduled it a week in advance. One hour before they were supposed to arrive they called and said their tech was 1.5 hours away and would have to charge me an additional $130 on top of the agreed amount. Totally unprofessional and ridiculous. I canceled the appointment and called another service.

Will 100% use them again if needed!! Thought Id have to have new house entirely re-wired. Called 5 or 6 electricians in town & Krupp sent Dave out for a free estimate the same day! He spent an hour with me, answered all my questions & assured me that the house wiring could be saved (he could have lied to get a bigger expense). I had a general estimate from him that day, followed by a detailed bid quote a day later. They were able to schedule my work for the next week & they were FAR cheaper than other quotes I had gotten.Ed & Dave arrived exactly on time & graciously answered my questions before Ed got to work. Ed worked quietly and cleanly & I never felt like he was taking extra time or going slowly.At the end he answered MORE of my questions and explained all the work he had done. The bill didnt have any surprise charges & the work was well worth the money.

We had Krup out to troubleshoot why our remote garage electric quit working and they found the problem and made the repairs in a efficient time frame. Nice and knowledgeable Electrician. We will do business with Krup again!
