They showed up on time and very affordable. We had the bounce house overnight which was great because we had people show up at different times throughout the day. I will definitely be renting from them again in the future.

ZERO STARS...BEWARE...RENT ELSEWHERE.. They were supposed to drop off the night before and we couldnt get a hold of them. When they did answer at 7pm they said they forgot about us and we were gonna be 1st drop off at 9 am on the day of the party... Then they show up 9pm, REALLY... So its party day and I have a ton of stuff to do and its 10:30 and they are not answering again. After wasting an HR calling and calling, they finally show up at 1130 and they still have to set up tent and bounce house. They Finished at 1230 and we only had 1.5 hrs to set up tables, chairs and decorations. If I even remotely had time to rent elsewhere I certainly would have...DO NOT RENT FROM HERE...

Great place to rent from, even better prices! The cotton candy machine is awesome. Delivery and set up are always on time and they work with you if you need to keep overnight. This is my number 1 bounce house rental company since I’ve moved to Rockford, I’ve already recommended all of my family, and I will continue to recommend more.
