I just wanted to take a moment to salute acknowledge the amazing staff and personnel from the Aerotek Rockford, IL office. I’ve been working with this office for about 6 months now and from the first day I interviewed up until presently and presumably going forward they’ve always been very courteous, helpful, and persistent in helping me find employment in positions maximize my skill sets and allow my personal attributes to shine through. I recommended them to anyone seeking gainful employment. You won’t be disappointed!

Do not recommend!. When I first got hired my recruiter was awesome, keeping me up to date with possible jobs I really like the company. I got let go of a job for missing due to health reasons and ever since then my recruiter completely ignored me. I would call in and the receptionist would tell me he was at his desk but once I was transferred he would never answer. 2 weeks passed and still no luck getting in contact with him and I was also transferred to a new recruiter and the exact same thing. Will not be working with them again.

Worked with Mason, and have had an overall good experience. Ive gotten multiple opportunities through these guys, and the system and training has drastically improved over time. Due to the time of year though, it can be difficult to find open positions within a decent distance of home.

Exceptional staffing agency! I have worked with Megan at Aerotek in Rockford several times and she never disappoints. Quick placement at positions that utilize my skills. She kept in touch and followed-up throughout the assignment to ensure I am being well taken care of. They have even come by to say “how are you?”, “thank you” and encourage feedback! Among the agencies I have worked with, Aerotek stands out in their personal touch and professional excellence.

I asked about a job posted and I was signed up with a different location. The recruiter named Kaya or something, she said she would get back to me on the job and she never did. Dont try to get a job with them because you will give you false leads. These people screw with people who want a job to make themselves look good. They get paid and you dont. This place needs to be shut down. When you hear about open positions and want them, they are there to screw with you. Kaya is a scam. Look elsewhere for a direct hire on your own. I did and won a job not concerning Aerotek. The joke is on them.

I appreciate the hard work that Amber put into my employment search. She was a pleasure to work with and very flexible. She found a direct placement position that was perfectly suited for me and diligently worked to secure an interview with the potential employer. From beginning to end I had an excellent experience with Aerotek. The process that my recruiter, Jake Schmidt, took me through was easy and effective. The thoroughness of the initial assessment interview came as a surprise to me. I was asked a lot of questions and encouraged to give plenty of input. There was constant communication kept for several months as they searched for the perfect fit, I was never left in the dark. The perfect match was made with my current employer and they have been so pleased with Aerotek they have hired more people through them, and currently have plans to use their services again. I highly recommend any company or person seeking employment to contact Aerotek. My only regret is not contacting them earlier in my job search.

I was so happy that Aerotek was able to find me a job! The staff is fantastic and so friendly. I worked with Megan and she is just the nicest person and so helpful with everything and is very attentive to your needs in making sure are happy. To my opinion, they are the best staffing agency in town! If I had to rate them on a scale from 1 being the worst and 10 being the best, I would give them a 10 hands down!

Was denied a job through Aerotek because I told them I wanted to weigh my options before accepting or declining an offer. Apparently making an educated decision is frowned upon.I was also notified about this at 10 pm. The way the whole thing went down seemed pretty unprofessional.Glad I dont work for them.

Ive worked with Aerotek before but at the buffalo Grove branch and honestly Im really amazed by the Rockford branch. My recruiter from Buffalo Grove wpjpd forget to send you important information that you would ask and you would constantly have to go Chase after them to find out questions about your job. And you would call and they wouldnt answer. But Nathan and the Aerotek team at Rockford have shown the complete opposite. Always answer your calls, they contact you to see how everything at work is going. Very friendly and you definitely dont have to go Chase after them. 5 stars

Called me out of the blue after using this company over 8 years ago. After phone interview, asked me to come in for interview. Was interviewed by two individuals asking same questions that were asked over the phone. Told to contact them if I see any jobs I was interested in. I was used as training for their new hire, without consideration that my time was valuable and they werent going to do anything proactive for me.This company did nothing for me 8 years ago and nothing now. Dont expect any processional service.

I am curious if the positive reviews are actually fictional? Friends of Aerotek employees? lol. Please BEWARE of this agency. Please get your rate of pay in writing! I have found this company to be extremely dishonest in terms of pay. One rate is discussed and promised in initial interview and then something very different appears on your paycheck. In addition, major hiccups in getting paid in a timely manner. No resolution lead me to the Illinois Labor agency, and file a claim.

Sorry for the name but i had this gmail for12yrs this place is terrible they send you out to a promising job to get interview the recruiter suppose to let you know the following day if you got the job or not i called 3 days straight i only got voice mail a week later i call again ohh sorry they choose somebody else the recruiter said a day later they sent me to a small factory the pay is terrible the area where you suppose to eat is dirty the two microwave they had was dirty one was on the floor the other on a dirty table the boss talk to his employees like its the 1700s i feel like i was rip off on having a good job to work a small factory with dirty microwaves due to my color i will be filling a report at bbb to look into this est

Laid off two weeks before Christmas and now they refuse to return calls or emails. This staffing agency is a joke. They get references for themselves and forget about the employees they are supposed to be helping.They dont seek the employees best interests when searching for jobs.

I attended a local job fair with a sceptical mindset on what I was going to get out of it. I left a resume at the Aerotek booth where I met Megan. She said, new opportunities are opening up in the surrounding areas. Still being sceptical with a staffing agency I truthfully thought nothing of it when I walked out. Couple weeks go by job searching and I get a random call... Its Megan!! She found me a job with just having my resume and some basic information. This turned my life for what it was at the time into motivation, confidence, perseverance, and determination. I got a shot at getting life back on track and succeeding. Had a chance to work with Connor Hanson.He was a great recruiter.NEVER disappointed me o let me down with any job assignment that he gave me.Always returned my calls and responded to my messages.There were a few situatons where i couldnt make it to scheduled job assignments due to personal or legal situations and he was very understandable.However,after moving back from Indianapolis,Ive been seeking employment.They gave me a new recruiter named Luke.He hasnt been helpful at all.He constantly gives me the run around.I spoke to his partner and was told that they had alot of job opening.Then 5 minutes later,I spoke to Luke and was told that there were no job openings.My first meeting with Luke,I had a bad vibe from him and in so many words he basically was telling menot to hold my breath on recieving any future calls from Aerotek and that i should continue to seek employment elsewhere.And I still havent recieved any calls for employment from Luke.I appreciated Connor Hanson.However,Luke gave me a negative outlook on Aerotek.

I had an wonderful experience working with this company anytime I had a question or concern it was addressed immediately.

Was lied to about a position and then they switched it on me the last second after about a week. Even put in my 2 week notice at my other job and have been trying to time out when Id start my next assainment so I wouldnt have time off with no work, but that wasnt the case cause Im still not working

I wish i can give this place -5 stars, the one job didnt work out well for me and i called aerotek to see about other job opportunities and they ignored me everytime i called and took them forever to place me at a job like over 4 months! I will not recommended this place to anyone!! Sephorian in rockford is alot better, i went their and did some paper work and i got a call the next day about a job plus the guy is very nice, understanding, does not ignore you and is very helpful!!!
