Greeted at door by friendly and courteous staff. Fast one hour service to replace iPhone battery. Got phone back in as good a shape as I left it with no missing apps or data. Sure beats going to an apple store.

The people working in the store were very nice and polite. Got an appointment right away, and my battery was replaced in an hour as promised. Luckily I checked my phone though before I left the parking lot, because the tech forgot to put the sim card back in. Simple mistake, but I recommend you check this before leaving - just in case.

Sales Staff lacked personality (almost argumentative at the beginning of the transaction) but they appear to have replaced the battery on my iPhone properly. I didnt like the fact that you have to leave and comeback. But overall, my phone seems to be keeping its charge so I am satisfied.

My repair went great. I ended up missing my appointment but called and was able to get in later which was nice. My repair was fast and now I can finally hear phone conversations again.

I broke the screen on my IPhone. Luckily someone referred me to Batteries Plus. They replaced my screen and screen cover in less than an hour. They were extremely courteous and their prices are very reasonable! They also replaced the battery in my husbands car fob. I will certainly recommend them!

I needed a new battery for my IPad, and dropped it off at the Perryville store on Thursday. I was told it would be ready next week. I got a call Saturday morning saying my Ipad was ready to be picked up. I was so pleased that the repair was done sooner than expected because I was going out of town, and was able to have it IPad with me to show my elderly mother some pictures, which would have been hard to see on the phone. The battery is holding the charge well. I am very pleased. The staff at the store was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

I had a battery replacement done on my iPhone 6 employes were very patient and nice, also it only too like 40 min to repair . it’s been two days since the repair and my phone is working like new definitely will be going back if I have any other problems also price was not bad 👍🏻

When I first picked up the phone I briefly tried it the keys worked later after I left Rockford Im 1 r drive 1way I really tested it or same problem as what I ad originally too it i for except mo cracks I called them they said bring it back now its a matter of making it back their so low review till the issue is resolved
