My wife and I broke down and had to be towed in. The short story, these folks are great and got us going when others would have left us to go to a hotel for several days and cared less about it. Against nearly impossible odds they refused to give up and in the end they were successful.Theres not very many truck shops like this left anymore.Good people and good service.I wish them all well and we will be sure to come back should we ever need good service in Rockford again. I had an issue with my Allison transmission. I got an appointment that afternoon. They were able to diagnose and repair the issue. I was back on the road the following day.

Derek and his crew were AWESOME! Super friendly people who go above and beyond their job descriptions. My truck broke down and was towed to their shop. My dispatch had told me to go across the highway to the Howard Johnsons for the night. If you dont know this about truck drivers, we bring A LOT of stuff with us to stay on the road and me being a girl, I bring a tad more then the men do. Derek was kind enough to haul all my stuff in his car across the highway and helped me carry it into the hotel. How nice was that?!? The next morning Derek had one of his mechanics come over to pick me and all of my junk back up and head to the shop. She even helped me load her truck up! Super sweet girl by the way. They had put my truck towards the top of the list because I was waiting, which was awesome. They had my truck done and sitting out front for me within a decent amount of time. And yet again, another helpful soul handed all my stuff up to me while I was loading my truck. These people are the best! If I ever break down in or near Rockford again I will deffinately be giving Derek and his awesome staff a call. I HIGHLY reccomend these folks!

They were great. I was on the road when I started having engine trouble contacted them and they checked it after hours and got me in first thing Monday morning to replace the injucters. Was out by late that day. Will use again if ever in area and having a issue.

Called in for diagnostics and they told me 165$, we took truck in. Been told late morning they will get to it, and ended up 3 days to get it done. Over the phone rough estimate was 2800$ and I said it is too much! After we went to the shop they gave us estimate 2400$ and said the bill we are going to pay will be included in 2400$ price! And finally asked to pay only the diagnostics and they gave us bill of 212$! I asked why 212$ when diagnostics is 165$, and they told me shop supplies! The manager was smiling in my face and said I am sorry...Imagine that!

These guys know their stuff & always treat our drivers and dispatchers with respect and are fair on their price
