Since 2007 when he opened his first shop on Sandy Hollow, Ive had Joel fix my computers a number of times. Hes always got them done quickly and at a fair price. I like his friendly service, and the price is affordable compared to the other places. He could charge more and Id still go there.

It was horrible. In my opinion, the guy does not know what he was doing. Yes he kind of worked with me but he didnt let me know ahead of time how it was going to work. Also rather unprofessional in a way. Uncomfortable being there. But to mention made my pc worse that was previously and I had to buy a Windows 8.1 disc because whatever he did to my pc, when I tried to download Windows 10, my pc became unusable for anything! Screwed with the settings so now it doesnt work even more and after all of that, he failed to see if it was a software or a hardware issue (which it may be). Just VERY unhappy with this guy and regret ever even meeting him! Maybe he works for others but he sure as Heck didnt do me any favors at all!
