Fantastic experience! The guys were so kind and helpful and spent a lot of time fixing our Internet connection issues as well as giving us helpful tips for going forward. Could not have asked for better.
My friend came in the store today because her phone finally broke!! She went in the store thinking she was going to get a new phone but then TONY one of the workers recommended to get it fixed when in all reality she wanted a new phone. But anyways she just got her phone fixed just to have all her memories and everything deleted!! It’s so upsetting they could’ve done better and just done what she wanted SMH! And now she has 2 Mosquito bites and her day is ruined ahhhh! But hey at least her phone is good ….

All I needed was for my power supply to be replaced with a new one. I had already purchased the new power supply. I only needed the labor of replacing my old power supply in my PC. This company told me it could take up to 24 hours!? I told them that that was incredibly unreasonable. The price on the service was incredibly unreasonable as well. The service is beyond expensive. I recommend anyone and everyone to avoid Geek Squad & look into local repair services. They wont take your PC from you for over an entire day for a 30min power supply replacement.If I schedule an appointment with Geek Squad that time I reserved for my appointment should be the only time I spend waiting for my products or services. No one should have to schedule an appointment just to end up leaving your property behind and having to return the next day. Replacing a power supply requires the unscrewing of some screws and plugging in some wires. Keeping me waiting over 24 hours is unreasonable idc how busy you are. You handle an inquiry like that the moment it comes in and you dont keep customers waiting. Imagine how long it could take if you needed an extensive technical service from them?! Over a week?! Maybe even a month?
Gave them a call about my tv, and the customer service agent hung up on me.

I readily admit that I am cyber challenged. If I have a problem with my computer, I need experienced help, that does the job right the first time, and that will take as much time as needed to fully explain things to me, so that I understand. Ive needed Geek Squad several times over the past few years, and they have never failed me.
I was on hold 20 minutes waiting to make an appointment. Then I called back and was on hold 10 more minutes before giving up. Poor service.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Paid over $2300.00 for a new washer and dryer which was to include a 5 year warranty on said washer and dryer. Three years into this warranty I run into an issue with my dryer. After two days of sitting on hold for over 45 minutes and no one coming to the line and then being hung up on by TWO different customer service Geek Squad Agents who did not believe that I had said purchase even after showing my receipt it turns out they never even generated a warranty number so the $200.00 that I was charged never actually amounted to any type of warranty and there was nothing they could do for 3-5 business days! Lesson learned, do not deal with Geek Squad again.
If there was a zero star rating I would use it. Zip/zero! I took my IMAC in to be fixed. Two hundred dollars later and 3 1/2 hrs in the store I left with my computer no better off than when I brought it in. At one point at 2 hrs into having them merge files that should have been done when they fixed it, I asked to see the manager and was ignored. I just felt that they did not know what to do and were trying but failing miserably. For that they get one star but arent these people supposed to know how to fix computers? Never again.
Customer service needs some work. I called to cancel an appointment and it took forever to get to a person. Then after answering a bunch of questions he wanted to put me on hold again! Their robot-like work force couldnt deal with the fact that someone was polite enough to call to cancel (instead of just not showing up).
Go in to fix 1 problem and come out with multiple problems 3 days later after they fix the initial problem. Find some other service who wont screw you over.
Didn’t help for sh*t. Customer service was horrible. Such a shame.
