As far as Miguel Granados, Safe Street Llc. And rehab specialist go. AKA Innovatech computer repair and security specailists. They have been terrible. They have left trash and glass and are continuing to bring garbage by the trucks full and dump more garbage from other locations. Have no respect for the neighbor they are doing rehab next to. My driveway has become a garbage dump from them placing a dumpster in a shared driveway. We have food, dirty diapers and have found syringes in our driveway. When asking Mr Granados to please use the dumpster for the rehab job he is doing on his newly aquired rehab property. He just continued to dump garbage even when the police sighted an illegal dumping incident report. Which I am following up with the city. He also lied repeatedly and said he would clean up the property. It has been 5 months. I would never use him as a contractor. I thought he was an IT guy????? Contracting and rehabing houses on the side is obviously something he is doing for himself. With out a clue as to how professionals clean up after themselves and dont import garbage from other places to the rehab sight. And have no respect for the neighbor next door. Hope he is better at his computer repair Innovatech business than he is at his newly aquired Safe Street Llc. Property rehab?????? I would give him a zero as a rating like Mr. Loenard Dean also did with his review a year ago. But could not write a review based on a zero. Had to at least rate a one, before you can write a review. Wish I could post photos!!!!

Typical Contractor nightmare scenario. Do not use these guys. Bad paint job. Bad carpentry. Got paid up and never finished the job. Left a huge mess. Plus they had the audacity to say they would come back and clean up their mess for another thousand dollars. I gave one star because I dont know how to give zero.
