I love the fact that their staff have a sense of humor even when performing the job on a cold day. It was never boring, and the staff was friendly. I recommended them to my friends since they were impressed with the chimney work. Just like the reviews I read online about them, they were fast and very effective with their job.

I called to see if I can get someone to come out here and work on my chimney. I was talking to a lady and then out of no where it went to a automatic voice system saying they dont have a contractor for my area then hung up. I live only a couple miles away from the business. Never will contact them or reference them to anyone.

I like Jenny who answered the phone. She made me feel at ease about my complete lack of knowledge related to this type of service. I really didnt know what to expect or if I even really needed someone to come out and inspected our chimney. She talked me through reasons why it would be a good idea. It wasnt pushy in any way. It was just asking me some basic questions and letting me decide on my own. It’s why I went with the service. It was good to know that they took care of me if I wanted to be taking care of. The inspection discovered that there was some issues with my gas fireplace that are now fixed. Glad I called, and glad I was treated the way I was. It encouraged me to hire someone to come out, and now we feel safer in our home.

I called for a chimney sweep, gave the operator my zip code, and was promptly hung up on and transferred to an automated message that informed me that they didnt service my area. Strangest service call Ive probably ever made.

Wow, I just called and got an answering service. They asked for my Zipcode, which is right in the middle of Rockford. She said just hold one second and an answering machine came on and said We are sorry, we dont have a professional in your area. Yeah, no thanks Pro of Rockford.
