Standard office experience but with a company that clearly takes care of the people who show up and try to do a good job. In the past year they have created a new training staff to help new employees grow into their roles as quickly as possible while making them feel supported throughout the process. There also seems to be room for growth for established employees through either improving in their current job or learning other aspects of the business.

A fast paced,detailed, skill based opportunity. If this is what you want in a career, this is the place to be. As I read some of these reviews I can easily see this job may not be for everyone, but it’s a job that is well worth your time if you are willing to invest it.Benefits, Health, Dental and Vision and the company pays 80%, yes 80% of the employees insurance premiums, wow that’s unheard of, oh and did I mention they pay 100% of a life insurance policy for you as well! 401K, vacation, sick time, flexibility if needed and a nice pay incentive measured on your abilities.As I said, this may not be some people’s cup of tea. WPI is willing to work with those who are willing to learn. This is a unique company that has been locally based and family owned since 1966. Come see what this company is about, it may or may not be for you, but you and you only should make that choice. I did and it was well worth it!

After working in a corporate environment my entire career, my only regret is that I was unsuccessful in finding this place sooner. What is not to like? They value their people and make it obvious by continuously rewarding them with an opportunity, a great atmosphere, constant rewards, flexibility in work schedules, significant health insurance contributions which otherwise does not exist these days.They offer a work life balance that for the most part is no longer common. If you are looking to work in a place that pays very well, offers many incentives for going above and beyond, values the input and feedback of their people and is always looking for ways to do more to make the experience better for all, then this is definitely the place for you.They will train you and teach you how to perform the job properly, provide you constant feedback on your progression and do all they can to grow you in your position or other positions if you are interested in more opportunities within the company. If things are not working for you, they will give you every opportunity to get better inclusive to finding another position within the company that may be better suited for you.Every person has had some sort of experience that has led to a difference in opinion when it comes to a past employer or present. Not every job is for everyone. The work that is done here at WPI is not the easiest to comprehend and apply. It does take time to pick this up and master the work.In the end, what you invest will mirror your return on investment.The company, the culture of the company and the daily workings. I have never seen an organization that has placed so much stock in their people.Positive effort yields positive results. If you come to work all the time and put your best foot forward and are accountable for what you yourself can control and can do to improve. You will love it here and will be rewarded for your efforts. If have poor attendance or a poor attitude and come to work seeking the path of least resistance, naturally this is not the place for you and chances are if you were, youre not now employed at WPI.
