Nonprofit doesnt mean free. But the costs are tailored to what is needed and how far along you are in the process of creating your business or product. They will also direct you to as many free services as possible, and give you a realistic idea of what it will take to bring your concept to fruition.

The rates for a single cubicle or small office are reasonable. If you are looking to startup a business without having to page huge monthly rental fees this place is for you. The building is rather secure and they can even allow you to host events in the auditorium or in any number of conference rooms. Great place to start your business.
