We chose Bufalo Contracting after significant hail damage to our roof, gutters, and siding from a storm in April 2020. Wed had some poor prior experiences with other contractors in the area but had heard good things about Bufalo. Shaun was the construction manager who we worked with and he was FANTASTIC! From working with our insurance adjuster, to helping us decide on styles and colors and ensuring that everything was done right, Shaun and the Bufalo crew did a first-rate job from start to finish. Bufalo met and exceeded our expectations with the quality of work done and if we have any future contracting needs, Bufalo Contracting will be our first and only call.

My skylight was leaking, and two different contractors ghosted me after telling me they would replace it. I called Bufalo and they took care of me promptly and followed up to make sure I was getting taken care of. I would recommend using Bufalo contracting to anyone! After selling our house there was a couple roof repairs that we needed to do to be able to close. Time got away from us and we ended up waiting till last minute and needed it taken of very quickly. I reached out to Bufalo contracting and they came out and took care of everything before we closed. Without them our deal could have been delayed, but they made sure to get it done! You can tell this is a company that cares about the community that they are in! We had hail damage to our siding and gutters. I had used Bufalo two years prior for a roof replacement and had a great experience. Ryan Southwick was our field representative for the siding and gutters. Ryan was up front regarding the product shortage and never made any unrealistic time frame promises. Ryan made helpful suggestions, but ultimately left all the decisions to us. Ryan gave us plenty of notice as to when the product was to be delivered so we could make sure we had a sufficient place for it. We were very pleased with the speed, quality of the work, and clean up! We will definitely use Bufalo in the future!

Bufalo Contracting did a wonderful job on our roof! We had two layers to tear off and they were done with tear off and new roof on the same day. The crew working on the roof did a great job making certain that there were not concentrated patches of color and that the shingles were evenly dispersed across the roof. Additionally, when they were finished they picked up all the small plastic pieces out of the yard and we have not found any nails left over.I am super picky and did not like any of the basic colors offered. Cory Magnus at Bufalo was very patient, giving me addresses to drive by so I could check out roof colors in person until I found the one I wanted. So glad I did that because the one I thought I really wanted based on pictures would have looked awful on our house. Sort of like paint chips, it’s amazing how different shingles can look on a larger scale. I finally picked Summer Harvest from the Owens Corning Duration Designer line and it looks beautiful. We’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Bufalo for your new roof!!

After getting 3 quotes from construction companies for replacing the shingles on our roof, a skylight, gutters and downspouts, leaf guards, and a fireplace chimney cover, we chose Bufalo. After battling State Farm and not getting much help from another contractor, we called Bufalo and within a couple days, Rich was out at the house. He inspected everything, contacted the insurance company and got more repairs covered than the original contractor. Throughout the entire process, Rich kept us updated on what was happening with the insurance company. I’m grateful we contacted Bufalo, otherwise, we woukd not have had anything covered. We called Bufalo Contracting last winter when we were in a panic about a roof leak. Their Shaun Boback came out promptly to check out the cause of the leak. He inspected the roof and found many issues on this 25 year old roof. Shaun quickly got the supplies needed to immediately stop the leak that we had - at no charge. He also gave us an estimate to do the whole roof replacement which was certainly due. We got one other estimate from a reputable local roofer and the quotes were very similar. We decided to go with Bufalo because of Shauns great response to our winter emergency AND due to Bufalos good reputation. Well early this spring we were provided with a new roof at exactly at the price that was bid. The work was completed in one day and the workmanship is excellent. They have replaced 2 roofs and never had a leak or shingle blow off.

They damaged my house and won’t repair. The owner Andy said he was ashamed at the work his subcontractors did, however he still has not made repairs. I had three other companies look at his work. All said the siding was not installed write. One added that they also bid the job wrong. I even have exposed electrical items that he worked in. A hazard that’s not been fixed. I Have a demand letter from an attorney being drafted. Next is the Attorney general. Andy asked that I pay an additional amount to fix the damage he caused to my windows that were properly installed by another company before he even bid the siding job. I was I. The trades for 18 years. This company does not back its poor work. The company that replaced my widows came out and noticed too that Bufalo damaged every window trim they installed. I also had too spend two days cleaning up after they left. I have much more to add and would download photos if I could. I’d rate them lower than a one star if it were an available option

They repaired a few window wraps from hail damage and installed roof vents. I feel I fell through the cracks a little with the two reps that I were working with me. But once they had realized what happened, they worked quickly to correct it and finished the job.

Repaired Wind damaged Soffits and Siding. Job was well done, but I had to keep things moving a bit by closing the loop between Bufalo and the insurance agent during the estimate and contract phase. I received a garbled email copy of Bufalos estimate and I later figured out that Insurance Agent never got a readable copy either.But once that was settled, the work was done before all of the snow arrived. And the work looks good to me.

Replaced roofing gutters and siding. Saw along with Rich a corner of my stamped concrete patio had a cracked off corner. Looking and talking with folks who wee here before roofing and siding and realized that it might have been damaged during repairs. Cannot say 100% but will say 98% sure. Not happy about that and to have to take insurance check 30-35 mikes to get signed off. Thought roofing company was going to do that. Not happy with that either. Love siding and roof we picked out. Other than a few incidents along the way we are satisfied

Gutters and siding installation. Poor quality and did not complete in a timely manner. We didnt know just how bad until 2 years after their project was completed we had another company replace a couple windows and had a look at their cover-up work. The new company found many short cuts taken at our expense. I would not recommend them for any work.

I highly recommend bufalo for anyone who needs their roof done! I worked with Ryan who was nothing but amazing ! He made everything so easy for me to where I barely had to talk with my insurance company at all! My roof was redone in no time and I’m so glad he recommended the gutter guards. Since they where put on I’ve had zero issues with my basement flooding anymore since my old gutters would overflow and go in my window wells. During all of this I was redoing my yard and he even gave me an idea for a seed to use after seeing all my attempts failed. Had Bufalo Contracting put a new roof on our Victorian style house with some pretty steep areas. They did a great job. Worked with Ryan Southwick and he was very professional. He always got back to us about questions we had. If he said he was going to be there at a certain time, he was. I will definitely work with them again.

Two different jobs Ive tried to get bids. The first time they never bothered to call back. Based on recommendations from others I decided to contact about a different job. I had to call multiple times just to get a call back. Then, am appointment was set and the estimator never showed, called, or returned my call.Save yourself the trouble and call a different contractor.Update :After my initial one star post the owner reached out and really went out of his way to make things right. I ended up going with them. The team was solid at assessing the structural damage to my rafters and creating a plan.The final job turned out well. While the price wasnt the cheapest quote I received it was competitive. The quality of the work was solid and the crew friendly.There were a few minor issues that needed follow-up but nothing uncommon for the scope of work I needed done.

Excellent company! Last year we had Eldridge come out to do our roof. They never showed up to do work and never once followed thru on their promises. Fast forward a year later. I found Bufalo and Im glad I did! Cory was great to work with. He was able to get it done before our insurance claim expired. I highly recommend these guys!!

Matt Smiskey and his crew did an outstanding job with not only the finished product, but the entire process from start to completion. We had them come out for our roof, gutters and siding due to hail damage shawn texted us saying that he already came out and marked the damage for the claims inspector and all was good. Well the claims inspector came and went and we recieved a phone call saying that they marked the wrong house and my wifes florida phone number was one digit off of the house they accidentally marked which is statistically almost impossible so yeah there goes our claim out the window since no damage was marked and instead of them trying to rectify the situation the guy just said i understand if you dont want us to do the work.....good god man have some self respect so yeah awesome job today gentlemen.

Received an estimate from this company and of four different companies to check our property they so far have been the only company to identify the issues we have been having with our roof (Leakage, ice overflow, and improper drainage in one gutter) without being told. It is clear that they have well educated individuals on staff. Unfortunately, the cost was outside of what I am currently capable of spending; however if cost was not a concern when redoing our roofing I would have picked them without thinking twice.

What a great job these guys did..! They took the time to cover my daughters flowers, helped me clean up my garage, and I still havent found one nail anywhere near my driveway. They replaced a roof in my apartment complex that was damaged during a hail storm. Their employees were respectable and ensured the site was safe and clean during the project. Considering the amount of damage, I was surprised in how fast the repairs were made.

I am the maintenance man at a 84 unit two building apartment complex. I was approached by Matt after a heavy storm had affected many buildings in our area. Matt offered his services to access the possibility of damage and opened my eyes to something I may have never noticed. Matt is a attention orientated professional whom went above and beyond in every aspect of what became a large scale complex project. The project was completed on time and turned out amazing. What made the project flow so well was the engagement of Matt, he was the first to the site and the last to leave everyday. He communicated well with myself and the owner whom resides over an hour away. The tenants were in convienenced very little which once again was due in part to Matt’s communication skills and his desire to impact the tenants as little as feasibly possible. My house experienced minor damage from the high winds, and last spring I could not get a roofer to come out to fix. They would inspect but wanted to sell me a new roof instead of fixing my fascia / soffit problem. Trust me when I say I wish I had contacted Bufalo Roofing sooner.All the empty promises from other companies and time wasted could have already been resolved.I posted two weeks ago on a neighborhood website that I needed recommendations for a roofing company, as I had more damage, many of our neighbors stated the big companies do not do small jobs, and at first I agreed. Then Corey contacted me, he works with Bufalo. He came out next day, worked around my schedule and said we can fix this, and fix it right. Previous repairs had just stapled the soffit and fascia, which is why I continued to have the problems.They didn’t disappoint, they came out within two days and repaired my problem. What really impressed me, as they were repairing he noticed I had loose shingles in the valley on my roof. He went up there to find several shingles had also been ripped from the storm. He took pictures and also noticed the rubber shoe fitting was raised and fixed that as well. I completely recommend Bufalo for any of your roofing needs, you won’t be disappointed.

Rob Ebany came out when called to inspect roof for hail damage from a recent storm. Insurance adjuster came out to inspect roof, and Rob met him at the house. Rob got our room covered by our insurance company with minimal out of pocket expense. Roof was 20 years old, and he still got it covered (It had pretty good damage, both wind and hail.) Bufalo replaced the entire roof, and it looks awesome. Several of my neighbors have used other contractors, and been unable to get approved by insurance, or had problems after the install. I will be having them replace another roof for me on one of my other properties next month. Thanks Rob, and Bufalo team for a great job.
