No customer service what so ever . I’m not from Rockford, So I don’t know to much about places to get service . My cousins told me to go there . When I walked in I was not acknowledged.i sat there for a whole hour before someone asked what I needed . I understand the come first come first serve rule so I expected a what it was 4 kids 2 adults ahead 3 guys walked in and all 3 was served before me still after acknowledging me I left .. the following weekend I took my son once again same service none . One guy cutting one guy eating all joking so I said how long before my son get in the chair they said oh I’m sorry I’m closing my chair after this guy the man eating I guess the owner because he said he is leaving after his lunch 2 men walked in they joked about the previous night they had while guy washes his hands then he sits one down to cut . I’m like WtfThey must didn’t wanna service me
