Truly a family owned business. Mr Carl Paulli sold me my first car when I was sixteen and many cars since then. All the adult children now run the business and they have carried on their Fathers’s honest used car sales and repair. When I tried to buy a fancier car, they swayed me into a safer and less expensive repair car! I wouldn’t buy just any used car for my children. Of course I want to make sure they are in a safe and reliable vehicle. Therefore, we bought our kids their 1st cars from Paulli’s!

Paullis did a good thorough job fixing my Kia. I was given my old parts so that I could see the wear on them. Paullis charges a reasonable rate per hour for labor. I was happy with the work they did on my vehicle and I would recommend them to others.

Mike was the most helpful, reasonable person that I dealt with through my long vehicle hunt. Everything they keep on the lot is in very nice condition, for very reasonable prices. And he was very willing to work with my budget to make sure he got me in something. I plan to be back here again when it’s time.

I picked up my car this morning from Paullis Imports. I decided to go with them for this costly transmission repair because they have a good reputation in the area for their work. After a few weeks of waiting, I was eager to get my car back and take it for a drive. When I arrived at Paullis I was greeted at the front and I told them I was there to pick up my car, and I asked if it would be okay to take it for a test drive to make sure everything was restored to previous running conditions. The gentleman went to the back to see if it was okay after I asked this and came back with the owner. Mr. Paulli, who I have never met before, was highly offended that I would ask to see that my car had been fully repaired before I payed a handsome price for fixing it. He said that if I didnt trust him to fix it the right way, he couldnt understand why I would bring it to him at all. After several minutes of trying to explain that I just wanted to make sure everything was running properly, he would not stop arguing with me that I was belittling his integrity. I assured him many times that that was not my intention at all. I ended up paying the bill and leaving not knowing if my car would run until I started it as I left. I would have given this review more stars, but the customer service portrayed by the owner made things extremely uncomfortable. The car is running fine now, which is why I am giving this review 2 stars instead of 1.

Great Car Repair Shop. I was going to the VW Dealer- not to far down the road... Got the sales presure to fix everything.. life on current parts in my car was nearing the end.. with a LARGE $$$$ amount. Told them they was crazy.. went Paullis -they told me what really needed to be fixed now and what could wait and how long I had. not to mention the Price was less then half of the VW dealer... for the same to do list. I will never go back to the VW Dealer place again with my car.... Thanks Paullis, Keep up the Great work.Long Live Paullis and My car.. VW GOLF TDI -currently 150,000 (going strong)

Took my car to two different shops, spent $1200 and still was having the same problems. Took it to Mike at Paulis and problems solved for just over $200. Mike is my new mechanic from now on !
