Mike the owner is a Class Act, hes very honest and hes very professional, and so is the rest of his staff, theyre all very friendly and very professional as well, this is the one place in town you can feel comfortable taking any vehicle to them.

Amazing place, from the nice little location they have down to the knowledge that the workers have of not just specific cars, but general knowledge about cars and how they all work.Everytime i visit them to get a tune up they have my file all ready and all I have to do is say that I want such and such done and give them the keys and thats it. After such tune ups they usually explain everything they did on the car and tell me what I might want to get done with it and it doesnt feel like they are trying to sell me anything, its an honest care for the car.

Took a week and a day to get in for an oil change. Had to wait an extra day and a half for a twenty minute sensor replacement job and got charged two hours labor for the job, that’s two hundred dollars, and fifty dollars for the oil change. Then they had the audacity to quote me for a tie rod end job that they said that they had just done two months prior.I will NEVER go back here. If you like getting ripped off this is the garage for you.
Amazing service. Fast and reliable and always willing to help out. They dont recommend unnecessary repairs but are knowledgable and fast if you have an emergency. They never overcharge and Mike seems always willing to give advice if you want it.
We are traveling from California our Sprinter van developed noise from engine compartment had a very hard time locating a mechanic even Mercedes dealer told us we had to drive to Madison Wisconsin for service. We found Mikes Auto Service on a Google search. Very happy Mike diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes had it fixed the next day. Great garage.
Mikes Auto Shop saved my family about $4500 after Anderson Toyota tried to recommend an unnecessary repair for my father-in-laws 2012 Toyota Camry LE. After there was damage to the Toyotas oil filter housing, Anderson Toyota was recommending a complete engine replacement which would cost $4500. This repair recommendation seemed excessive given the situation, but when we asked for specific info, Anderson Toyota said that a diagnostic would run $1200, and it was more cost effective to just replace the engine, because they were sure it was necessary. We declined the service and instead brought the car to Mikes to get their advice.Upon inspecting the car, running it, and road testing it, Mikes service technicians determined that there was nothing that they could detect that was wrong with the engine. They charged us $105. We have been driving the car for a week since then, and have had no issues. We check the oil daily and the oil level remains constant.Mikes is honest and reputable, and equips the customer with the information necessary to make an informed decision.

There customer service over the phone is terrible. I called to get a quote and he flat out told me no I cant give you a quote and hes scheduled until Thursday.(its Monday). If he didnt have the time to give me a quote right then and there he should have took my number down and called me back
Went there to check on a service record for one of my companies trucks; as we were having a alternator issue and I thought they might have been the shop who recently installed it. I was shown the most recent service record from the desk girl; when I asked to look at some of the older service records. I hear the owner Mike shout from around the corner Well whats the point. I have never had a shop complain about spending 20 seconds to pull up a service record on a computer. Needless to say this is a terrible first impression and will be their last impression. As I am personally switching my companies fleet needs to a shop that knows how to treat a customer.
Rude asked for a price and never answered the question. I say thank you and I get a ahhuh! Wont be doing business there! What happen to customer service?!When you ask for a price quote your looking for a price to compare so asking when I needed it done anyone is gonna say as soon as possible. All I wanted to know was the price of a typical allignment. It may run up to 80 depending. Not we dont have openings till next week. Also a unhuh is not a Thank you! So yes rude!

Person that answered was very rude. Tried to obtain an estimate for a transmission repair, and he told me to call back in a couple of hours. He wouldnt give me a time. Then stated that if I needed soon, he couldnt do anything for me. Wouldnt give them my business or a referral. First impressions are everything, and
Im sure this post will be deleted by the owner, but I cannot believe that this business has a 4.5 star review. I literally just got off the phone with Mike himself after just requesting an update on my van and this is what just transpired; he literally starts yelling at me I TOLD YOUR HUSBAND AND NOW ILL REITERATE IT TO YOU MORE SLOWLY..I WILL CALL YOU WHEN ITS DONE. IS IT DONE? DID HE CALL? NO!! NOW YOURE JUST WASTING MY TIME. MY DAY IS FILLED W/ PEOPLE LIKE YOU CALLING AND ASKING DUMB QUESTIONS, or something very similar to that, and that was only half of it. I proceeded to tell him how great his customer service was (im being sarcastic) and he told me I can come get my van hes done with it. And hangs up on me. I am in shock any business owner could be so rude to a paying customer who just asked in a pleasant voice what the status of my van was.From the way he was yelling, Im actually scared to go get my van and will be bringing my husband or father with.

It was terrible they didnt look at my car and he procrastinated on checking out my brakes.he just has a shop and I dont think he cares for any type of new bussiness I dropped my truck off to him at 7am and I called him at 1pm and he didnt even look at it.so I picked it up and mike had an attitude about it
