Working with Rockford Rentals to plan for a Covid wedding was absolutely wonderful. Larry was very patient & understanding with all of my last minute changes. Tent, chairs, tables, heaters, dance floor, lights...all delivered on time. Watching the guys set-up the 30x45 tent was amazing! They arrived exactly on-time for tent tear-down. Larry and his staff were professional, friendly and great to work with. Rockford Rentals has my business!!!

We rented a tent tables chairs and portable toilets for our wedding the staff was real professional the delivery crew were on time and as well professional . I would highly recommend this company to anyone having a wedding or event.

Larry was incredibly helpful and kind!! He and his employees were professional, prompt, and flexible with our super short time frame (due to Covid, we had to find a tent for our wedding at the last minute). The white canopy tents were so elegant, romantic, and expensive-looking, but truly the prices couldn’t be beat. The outdoor dance floor we rented was beautiful and the perfect size. Finally, we rented these super grand pillars to create a photo backdrop (which everybody loved). Don’t waste your time with North Park Rentals or any of the other party rental services in the Rockford area. Rockford Rentals has it all!!!! (When we get photos back from our photographer we’ll have to post).

I needed to rent a tent with tables and chairs. Larry was super helpful and patient while answering all my questions. I measured my area wrong and the tent was to big so they went back and got me the size that fit with no problem. The guys were so nice and helpful. The party was a huge success and they came and picked up everything the next day. I highly recommend Rockford Rentals if you are having an event where you need to rent anything. We rented several things for our wedding from Rockford Rentals. They were super professional and easy to work with. Everything we got from them looked gorgeous, and was very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Service was great. Had the sound equipment pulled and ready, but it was not in the best shape. Speaker cords were way too short and had to be repaired. Mics were quite old, but did work. This being the only system they had, if I ever were to need to rent one again, I would look elsewhere.

Rented a chocolate fountain for a huge party for my business I was catering for (the center piece for my dessert table per guest request). The motor burnt out an hour and a half after I started it. Took it back the next day and was told they would contact me the following Monday, Monday came, no call. I finally called them Thursday only to be told that the motor did indeed burn out, but I had to wait until the following Monday because the owner was out of town. Once I finally received my call back, they said they would only refund my money for the fountain rental itself, even though all the chocolate (which I purchased through them for an extremely inflated price) was garbage because it had already been heated and bloomed. The owner refused to refund my full money explaining that he only made a couple dollars off of each bag of chocolate, which doesnt matter to me because all the chocolate I purchased went to garbage when the machine I rented from him broke! So all the chocolate was garbage and the machine was too! Very poor customer service by saying there was nothing he could do. Yes, there was, REFUND ME THE FULL AMOUNT for the chocolate which became garbage after you machine broke! Completely ruined the dessert table for this particular event. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY PERSON OR BUSINESS!!!

We have used 3 major rental companies in the past in the rockford area for our company appreciation weekend and for the last 10 years, Every year we have rockford rentals on Broadway come set up multiple canopies that range from 40×80 to 20×20 plus we also have them set up hundreds of chairs and dozens of tables. Every year for 10 years they have been on time and professional. Then one thing i could say they need to improve is a bigger truck. that being said we will never go to another rental company .Mark

Rockford Rentals has all the rental needs very helpful people, they do excellent delivery services, and good prices..I recommend it.

Chalk it up to lesson learned. We rented 60 chairs some tables and a tent for A party this weekend from Rockford rentals. When we returned everything today they said we only brought back 50 chairs. The chairs were counted as they were loAded back into the truck and were all there. But when they off loaded them they only counted 50. My wife said she watched the kid put a stack of chairs on another pile but the kid denied it. After a rather lengthy phone call we are now being charged for the 10 missing chairs at a cost of $163.81. Beware if you choose to do. Iciness with Rockford Rentals. Make sure you have them count what you return as they off load it. If not you may receive an extra charge.

Stay far away! I called two months before my wedding told him what I needed and got a price. Three days before I call to add one table, was told my price was wrong was charged an additional $30 for my original purchase. Day of pick up and the price of my staging doubles! My dad arrives with my stuff, because they were too busy to deliver it. No table cloths to go with the skirtting I ordered. The owner was rude, told me it was my fault, It was unbelievable.

Rented a set number of tables and chairs for an event. When the entire set was returned they said 10 chairs were missing and that Id have to pay for the missing chairs. Total scam. Watch and count along side them or youll have to pay too.

If you can think of it they can rent it from weddings to gardening tools
