I have been reaching out since 1:30am ( its now 12pm). For this to be a 24hr service I still havent been contacted back.

Kevin paid a courtesy visit to discuss the issues that I have with squirrels. He was very quick to spot the where the critters were getting in and suggested solutions.  hes also very open about what he can do and cannot do.  Because we have an old roof and there are many vent openings on the roof, he had to fabricate a special cover to put over our vents.  He remove all the rodents quickly and sealed the entire house (roof and crawl space too).  To top it off, he cleaned up the an extra mess without additional charge.  He did a great job.

I didnt understand some of the terminologies used for pest control but Kevin helped me understand them better, haha. He did an excellent job excluding bats from my attic and sealing up all the entry points. I have had no bat problems since.

I had a raccoon in my attic and I just wanted somebody to get it out. The quotes I received at first were ridiculous and no one would come out within a day. I found this company on google and set up an appointment with Kevin who showed up an hour later. He did a very detailed inspection of my home an entire property. He assured me my raccoon problem would be solved in a couple days. It has been 2 days and the raccoon was humanely trapped and removed. Plus he cleaned up after the animal and repaired the damage it did.

My kids have a great phobia of rodents. Rockford Wildlife Removal Pro did a great job by quickly removing some mice that got into my house so my family did not have to deal with it. They sealed up a vent by my foundation so the rodents could not get back in. Problem solved, thanks.

I was very surprised by just how fast I managed to get an appointment with this company. The first phone call happened at 11am on Monday, I had a return phone call by lunchtime, and there were two men at my door, ready to sort the problem, by 4pm that evening. I started to worry that I’d hired a company that was so useless, no one else wanted to use them, but they did the job brilliantly. Ive had no more bird issues, they cleaned up after themselves, and they even gave my husband a few tips to stop the problem coming back. Couldnt speak highly enough of them — thanks so much, guys!

Kevin took plenty of time to explain the various options available to me and how he would deal with the raccoon in my house situation. Im so grateful he remove the raccoons fast before they caused more damage. Now hes critter proofing my whole house... I will never have this problem again!
