I couldnt be happier with the service I got. My air conditioner is running better than when it was installed 16 years ago.

Recently bought a new home and the sink was draining slow to not at all - turned out to be about 7 feet of grease clogged in the pipes. Jim was here a couple days later, found the problem, and had a new section of pipe installed in no time. Price was great and service was quick.

Horrible experience. Half done job and still waiting for finish. Been a little shy of 1 year now. Work is so shotty, looks like a child did it. I will have to pay someone else to fix this mess. Now this will be a long court fight.

Could not install a prefab vanity, sink and plumbing correctly. Charges were excessive. Especially considering workmanship. Will be hiring a handyman to complete the work correctly at half the price.

Our air conditioning went out during the last heat wave. It required replacement. We got several bids. Total came in with the best price and was able to install the next day. Both the individual who gave us the estimate and the installer were very professional. They installed it exactly for the estimated price. They did NOT try to up sell us like some of the others. The installation work was very neat and clean and is working great. I highly recommend them.

A total pleasure to deal with, my furance died, Total was out quickly to replace it. Jason who installed it was professional and courteous and willing to answer my questionsJoe and Vicky were also very helpful. They have a customer for life.

Had to get our furnace replaced in the winter. They did a great job! Everything was done quickly and for a decent price. And they have excellent customer service. Later when we had to sell our house, the inspector had some questions about the furnace (they had to pipe through an abnormal route because of the way our house is built). They were SUPER helpful and responsive through the whole process. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Rockford area!

Called for some pricing and to get an estimate was told the guy was out and would call me back, he never called back, i had a mew furnace installed by another company with no hassle

My hot water heater gave up the ghost during one of the coldest parts of the year. Definitely not the best time to be stuck taking cold showers. I called Total Plumbing first thing the next morning, and I had a new water heater installed and running before 5PM. The installation technician was courteous and efficient, and did an excellent job all around. I am quite pleased with the speed and quality of the work.

Alyson set it all up with the water department for me, he was right on time, he was courteous, in and out pretty fast for a fair price. I had asked for a free quote to see if a water line could be fed to my Humidifier in the System. At Home Depot through there program.The called the next morning and quoted me by 4 pm that day. Very happy with Jasons work. I called and they were onsite within an hour to fix a broken drainage pipe. Good communications and very reasonable bill.

Fast service reasonable prices

Feel as though $110.00 service call on top of a $28 diagnostic charge is a bit extreme to clean a simple flame igniter. Only reason why I chose Total Plumbing and Heating LTD was because they are the ones who put in my furnace and air conditioner and figured that if a part was needed, they would cover under warranty but soon learned that its cheaper to call on another HVAC company and pay for the part if needed because other service calls are cheaper with NO diagnostic charge to learn that it was just a simple flame igniter that the Technician figured out on his own. A simple emery cloth wipe down and it was good to go but cost me $138 for a 15-30 minute visit.
