Had to pickup some flooring for a house Im assisting in with the build. When I first walked in I was greeted by the assistant manager Reginald. He had my product pulled up and put into my truck and me on my way within 15 minutes. And the wood was heavy quality wood. Thank you so much. All I can say is they are about their business. Highly recommend.

I went into LL Flooring not sure what I needed. Reggie was full of knowledge and awesome to work with. The installers were great and my new floors were in by the end of the day. I love the new floors Reggie suggested and am very happy with his service.

Yesterday we had our bedroom floor redone with laminate flooring from LL Flooring. The sales staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. gave us an in-store quote on what we selected that included everything... no surprises. LL staff communicated with us each step and we knew what to expect. It was a very good project experience.The highlight of the project was when Elton, our LL Flooring - Divine Contractors installer, showed up on the day he said and on time too, giving us calls along the way. He was very polite and worked so quietly, we hardly knew he was there. The best part was he got our bedroom floor installed in record time and it looked absolutely wonderful! A truly professional job too. No clean-up was needed, Elton did it all (5*****) We are so pleased!!! Next time we get LL Flooring, we are asking for Elton. Thanks Man!!!

Impressed with the service, quality and timeliness of the job. From sales to delivery to installation. These guys have a formula to get the job done in an efficient mode that transformed my old floor into one of beauty. From Jason to Breno this team was fast efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Elton, the installer for LL Flooring was wonderful!He and his assistant got here on time, actually a little early👍🏻, and they got to work right away.They were very pleasant to work with and very efficient! They were finished 2 hours earlier than I had anticipated.Impecable work! Cleaned as they were done with each room. All we had to do was put furniture back.Will use again!

LL Flooring in Rock Hill SC did an awesome job from the buying experience through the installation. The showroom is nicely appointed. The personnel at the store was able to answer all questions and arranged the installation to be done by Divine Hands. The installation was done promptly and professionally. The house had many issues with the floors that the installers faced. We had sloped places and even stamped concrete. The issues were corrected with the installation process.The installer Elton did a professional and amazing job from start to finish.Elton came back to the job site to install some specialty pieces and he did a perfect job installing the bullnose and transition pieces.I highly recommend LL Flooring in Rock Hill to anyone looking for beautiful floors and a professional job done right from start to finish.Thank you for making my daughters house (Jennifer Brogan) beautiful!

My wife and I were in the store recently and needed help on flooring . The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Helped my wife and I find the best fit for us and a good price. The store was very clean and we had no problems getting help. Great store will definitely be back.

I purchased my floors from them very pleased with what I purchased, I had someone install it for me and its beautiful. Mayflower Red Hickory Oak is what I purchased, the price wasnt bad at all for these hardwood floors.

EDIT: Manager Jason made everything right and gave me some extra things to clean the floors. He delivered the rest himself and showed me some tricks on installing the floors. Thanks Jason!I had a lot of questions and communicated with a sales person via email. Josh was very helpful, answering all my question, prepared me a quote, took my payment and everything was great. Delivery guy was supposed to call with a time estimate days before, according to a sales person at the store, but they never did. I called the store the day before and some guy was giving me half answers and not being helpful, he wouldnt give me the delivery companys name or number, delivery driver called 15 minutes before delivery, instead of giving me a time estimate days before as agreed. Then there were 3 boxes missing, delivery driver didnt let us know, we didnt noticed until after. Store didnt let us know either, so I called and asked. The lady took it a little personal and got irritated with me saying thats the first time shed heard that, so she told me I would be receiving it the following Thursday. Week after that Thursday and still no call or flooring. Contacted Josh, since he was so helpful before and he also had a hard time getting answers from the store. Then I called the store again, Jackie helped me and she was very nice, but couldnt give me a time estimate either due to restricted access, so no manager on site until the next day. I still have no idea when Ill be getting the rest of the floors. Not to mention that instructions said not to lay over OSB subflooring, but they said its fine, not sure whos right, dont want to lose warranty. Communication sucks at this location!! If it wasnt for helpful Josh and sweet Jackie, I wouldve returned it all and gone somewhere else!

The team at Lumber Liquidators on Cherry Rd. has bee a huge help with my recent flooring projects at my new home. They helped to educate me on the different types of floors, price them out, and then helped to get it ordered and shipped to my home. When I wanted to order more of that flooring, they matched the original pricing and helped out again with delivery and that. Thank you for the great service and I will be back.

Tremendous prices on flooring. I was able to get wood-look waterproof flooring for my house at about a third of the retail price. I have had the floor for months and I am very pleased with the quality and selection that was offered here.

Hi im not happy with the service I have received from your installation team, they put a hole in my wall, they didnt replace all the sub flooring, they cut around the the kitchen counter, the dish washer and the stove, they and left the old rotting sub floor in those areas causing the floor to sink in those areas they tore the living room vinyl floor and the sheet rock paper on the wall when they removes the side molding to install the new side molding they came out to reinforce the floor the gentle man said he did the best he could but the floor still flexing I asked him if they replaced the sub flooring under kitchen counter he said no they were suppose to come out Friday 4/19/2019 to finish the wall, putting the insulation under the floor, I called and text AJ on Wednesday and Friday he never responded to my calls or text.The owner called me and said for me to go lumber liquidator and pick the vinyl floor that they were going to install it because they cant match the pattern of the floor they tore. I will like to here from someone about this situation, thank you.

This is 2nd time dealing with the store.manager and staff has been very helpful with all the questions i have been asking and making sure i understand and have everything to make sure it is done correct.SUPER STORE AND PEOPLE.we have 3 more rooms to do and will be going back because of them.😎

Great selections, courteous staff, good prices, and prompt delivery.

Good prices but very poor communication. We ordered flooring and asked about the size and quantity and whether we could pick it up in a truck. We were told it would not fit in a pick-up truck and they recommended they deliver it for a fee. We asked for and were told we would get a morning delivery. Day of delivery, driver told us we were scheduled for an afternoon pickup because he had talked to me about it. I had never spoken to anyone at Lumber Liquidators about delivery, my wife coordinated the delivery. Delivery driver flat out lied about delivery. Once it got to our home, we saw that the flooring could have easily fit inside our wagon, let alone a truck. We feel cheated out of $200. If buying from here, only purchase the flooring as I wouldnt trust them on anything after that.

When they came to do a quote the estimator was impatient, rude to my 78 year old mother and had an attitude when we asked him to break down the quote into 2 different estimates. I then was told it would take 72 hours to get the quote. Two weeks later and numerous phone calls and I still do not have an estimate and each time I call they tell me I just sent it to you five minutes ago! Still waiting....

The installation was poorly done. They had to come and replace hallway flooring and now living room floor has started to buckle. When I talked to staff at store I was put off with different excuses. Currently feeling like I’ve been ripped off!
