They are quick for the most part and have great customer service, but it is confusing trying to find the Vital records office.

The Rock Hill branch of the York County WIC program is by far the best WIC office I have visited thus far. The number system get you in and out quickly and makes for a smoother operation.

Always very pleasant. I wish the wait wasnt long but its understandable.

The staff are doing so much better on getting people in and out of the office quickly. The office is so much cleaner now.
