Small operation that delivers great service. Recently took my lawnmower for repair. Ken helped me take the mower out of my van as well as assisted me putting it back. He did a great job repairing including replacing the blade and filters. The only thing I would recommend is that you ask for an estimated date of return as he is a small operation. As such, he may not have as quick of a turnaround as one that is larger. I will definitely take my machine back to him in the future.

I called in to find out if they could look at my lawnmower. The older woman who answered the phone said it would be at least a 1-2 week turnaround. I said I needed it a bit faster but if I couldnt find anyone Id bring it in. She said Dont bother and hung up on me. Not the attitude a small business needs answering their phone!

I took my Weed eater in to be repaired. When I got home and started using it I noticed the fuel tank was about to fall off. I loosened up the housing to fit the tank back in and it wouldnt start again so I took it back. When I went to pick it up again, I used my Credit Card to pay and started having fraudulent charges a few weeks later. I hadnt used that card anywhere else for months. The Office Manager has a lousy attitude.

We took our weed wacker and blower for repair. Paid a deposit for each. Instead of giving us an estimate for repairs, he fixed them and charged us. We had to pay more than the cost of new equipment. Also, we are still having trouble starting both items. Tried to speak with Ken by phone but his mother who is the secretary wont put us thru. Very frustrating experience and cannot recommend them!

Poor service. He was supposed to fix my pressure washer. He called saying it was ready. I loaded and cranked it up when I got home and the engine was running rough. When I complained his mother got nasty.

Just got off the phone with the assistance she is one rude lady I ask that I was asking around for the best deal on all the shop and she said that she didnt have time to discuss it with me and hung up like wow
