From the friendly, welcoming staff at the front desk to the great clinicians in the back, I received excellent service and care. Fig took a lot of time to make sure the orthotics I had made fit properly and were comfortable. I even had to go back after I wore them a few times, and he took just the same time and care as he did the first time. I highly recommend POI.

Kelvin is wonderful! Very patient with my special needs toddler and super knowledgeable about fitting his AFO’s and helmet. Office staff is kind and accommodating. Thanks so much y’all!!!

After speaking with the owner, Kelvin, he addressed my concerns and let me know the situation with my daughters braces. Although it took several months to get them the issue was with scbabynet and not POI. Josh was friendly to my daughter and answered all my questions.

This is one of the class a place the staff is super nice and friendly greeting with a smile every time overall experience with this place is been the best experience of my life that I never walk again Kelvin Jones he told me the first day he met me he would have me up walking and he did just a few short months to give me my life back and the staff at this place is phenomenal I owe alot of gratitude and thanks to this place so if you ever need anything from a knee brace up to just a smile and a friendly face this place offers everything .

My experience has been AMAZING! My prosthetist asks all the right questions, listens to any issues I’m having with my prosthetic and sincerely cares about getting me back to the things I want to do. The whole team is GREAT!!!

Thats like getting mad at the movie theater because the movie you saw was bad. The doctors nor the staff can tell the USPS what to do or how fast to move. Seems to me like your problem is with someone and youre just looking for someone to lash out to.This is a great place if you need this kind of help.

SHORT VERSION: WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS! Unless you want to PAY, WAIT FOREVER, BE LIED TO REPEATEDLY AND BE IGNORED, THEN ASKED TO GO BACK IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK (THAT THEY HELD IN THEIR ACCOUNT FOR 5 WEEKS), then I invite you to pay them a visit. No really... I urge you not to set foot there! Places like this dont deserve to be in business.LONG VERSION: I ordered custom arch supports, was told it would take a week, then when I paid 50% deposit ($187) I was told it takes 7-10 business days plus shipping (2-3 days to manufacturer). I called more than two weeks later (a Friday), they said they dont have them. When I insisted to know when they would have them, they said by Wednesday. I called Wednesday, they didnt have them.....and so on.. My husband called.. At this point it was over a month later and they said they might be in the next shipment. Almost another week later I called and asked to speak with the person that I had the initial appointment with (named Carla) and they said she would call me back.. Of course as you probably guessed.. She never did. Another few days later my husband calls again and they said that my inserts got lost so it would take 2 weeks to order them again. My husband said we want a refund (we paid by credit card). They said I need to stop by so they can run my card.

Thank God for this place! After getting numerous orthotic braces for my leg/foot which did not work, i came here for help. From DAY ONE, i have had positive experiences - which has been 2-1/2 years! From the moment you walk into the door, you are greeted with smiles. After initial exam, a brace/orthotic was designed and manufactured for me. From the moment I wore it, i couldnt believe the results! I no longer had to use a walker or cane! I highly, highly recommend POI for all of your needs.

Cast was made of my left lower leg approx July 1-th for a quick deluge as I was being discharged on July13th,said they could make it in time, have called to cheto check a few times each week & notified 2 days ago by Medicare that my benefits expire on 8/15 & still have no bras e to try before discharged, even today, I was told it was complete, waiting to be delivered my PT called & was told it is still in fabrication so had to call Medicare ‘ file early discharge appeal which they say will likely be denied, making any extr day’s a self pay for me, a month over due & now h e to pay gneiss $:(0 pdf day facility charge out of pocket you would have to be dazy to buy anything from this company, would not bother me if I was having to stay in a nice Rehab facility but I’m not so spending out of pocket $t $ to stay i n a dump
