Jill was awesome to work with. Such attention to detail and was very patient to get my logos just right!My logo was complex and Jill had to work to have two versions digitized and then embroidered onto high value articles of clothing. I could not be happier with her and Jeremys service and friendly demeanor. I will certainly go back without a second thought for additional embroidery work.Their pricing was extremely fair particularly as they spent many hours designing, using different threads on test runs to determine what would look the best. I cant say enough about their awesome service. This is the place to go for your bespoke embroidery!.

Jeremy and Jill are some of the gracious folks I have meet here in South Carolina. I purchased what I thought were t-shirts from a vendor off Etsy. Instead what came in the mail were decals only with instructions to iron on the decals at your own risk, a heat press was recommended. My sister suggested that I find a T-shirt shop to assist.Rock Hill Screen Printing to the rescue! Jill stated that they didn’t have a set charge and that she would put the decals on at no cost. Jeremy was ready to go when I got there and asked me to layout the t-shirts with the decal placement. I inadvertently placed the wrong decal on a t-shirt. My superhero Jeremy created a new decal right there in the shop.I asked what I owed them, and Jeremy still wouldn’t take my money…he told me to discuss it with Jill. Jill and I had a side conversation and she told me to give what I felt was right. These folks are too good to be true, not only did they help me out of a jam, but they provided superior service to a customer with no expectation of payment. I’ll use this family-owned -business for all my future needs and I highly recommend that you do as well.
