I just want to give a HUGE shout out to this particular hub this morning for saving the day! My package with my bosss birthday gifts and decor was due to arrive yesterday. Not sure what happened, but tracking stated it was put on the truck in Rock Hill at 9:03am and out for delivery and would get to me prior to 9pm. Well, I waited and kept checking the tracking all the way up past 11pm, trying to make delivery changes so I could pick it up, but it wouldnt allow for that until at least one attempt at delivery had been made. I didnt have time for that. I needed it EARLY this morning. I was LIVID. First thing this am I get on the phone with customer service and of course I get a HUGE hour long run around and I am I formed that the earliest they would have it ready for pickup would be the next day. I was also asked why, if I knew I needed it this morning, did I not try to make changes the day prior. I got LOUD and informed her that the tracking states it was due for delivery prior to 9pm YESTERDAY and it would not allow me to make changes until a delivery attempt had been made. I finally got her to tell me which hub it was located at and I called a nearby hub I happened to have the number for (as these are not listed and UPS customer service wont give it to you nor connect you with a specific hub) and they were nice enough to give me Rock Hills direct number, and the lady I spoke to there told me to come on by as they were unloading the trucks as we spoke. I pulled up, they had my package ready in the back, were very nice, helpful, and professional, and off I went with my package, made it work in JUST enough time to decorate before my boss arrived, and we absolutely made her day. On December 5th at around 1:45pm the UPS driver knocked on my door after he stacked all the packages by my door. My kids were excited but I didn’t want them to see the packages. I told them to go play in their rooms while I gather all the packages I assumed were mine. Guess what 2 packages were not they belonged to my other 2 neighbors and I went to catch the driver he was gone. I got In my car looking for him and he was no where to be found. So Out of the kindness of my heart I told my husband to take the two neighbors their packages. I called the local Amazon hub and got the most disrespectful unprofessional rep Alissia(probably spelling her name wrong) she is a white female who could careless about me not receiving my package from children place. Told me to call chicken place it’s nothing they can do but the UPS guy messed up. Children place is closed on The weekends. This girl had the nerve to call me back and say tell me story from the beginning. I went through it again I even got the tracking numbers from my 2 neighbors that they delivered 2 wrong packages to me to let them know my 3and 4 out of my five packages are missing that ignorant Alissia who I am filing a complaint on maid me feel like I was lying and I am wrong. If I am not telling the truth how do I know my neighbors received packages and why would they be so grateful to me and give me tracking info for their packages. I asked this unprofessional female to dispatch the driver please she hung up on me. I called to escalate and was told I would get a call back December 5th and did not. I want my packages I paid my hard working money for. I don’t get handouts and I don’t steal. Just do the right thing check the driver and his truck got my packages. I am taking this matter to the highest level. I was not getting loud or using profanity with the rep. I want the calls pulled also. The rep needs to be fired.

After 2 attempts, 2 days in a row, at the same time to deliver a package to me that required a signature for whatever reason, which I cant be there for because I work for a living, I fight with an automated service to get my package held up at the customer service center... which is only open at the most inconvenient hours for people who, you know, work for a living. So I now have to rearrange my work schedule to get a package that couldve been left at my back door to ensure it was safe. But instead of being convenient and useful, Ill have been waiting an extra 5 days to get the package because UPS cant possibly be open at hours that service people who have jobs. Because theres nothing more useless than a business who delivers packages at a time when people are not home to sign for it(why do I need to sign???? I dont care to sign) but then offer store pickup....at the exact times they would have delivered... when you arent home! Ignorance.

I owe a tremendous amount of thanks to the men and women that work at this location... They have helped me get expensive time-critical shipments out with literal minutes left before closing, theyve even stayed past closing to ensure my packages would be shipped that day. Its a great feeling knowing that as long as I get my package here, UPS will work their magic and my clients will have what they ordered, on time, every time!

I only give one star because Rock Hill, SC. is no better than Monroe NC. Drivers do not read address lable because it specifically says my address and under the address it says brown mobile home behind 1817. Yet every driver leaves my packages on the front porch of 1817 which is a BRICK HOUSE not even close to a MOBILE HOME. Im thinking maybe all you drivers need a reading class. Ive lived here 7 years and not one time has UPS delivered to my mobile home always to the brick house. But I have had 4 or 5 places that use FED EX and every time delivered to my front door. I wish all companies I order from came through FED EX. but they dont. Please ask your drivers to read full lable.

I dont know why but UPS, FEDEX is not delivering packages to my apartment door!!! They leave everyones packages in an area where some packages are getting stolen. I read that a package by government regulations is considered mail And is supposed to be delivered to the person if it doesnt fit in the mail box !! Shame on them. We are seniors and cant go around and down 3 floors, long halls, searching for sometimes heavy packages that we cannot carry.

To pick up packages that are missing or needing to redelivered... They are excellent. The girl who works at the front desk is awesome. I have seen her for over four years and she has always been beyond helpful in very stressful situations.

Delivering a package in my ditch across the road at my mail box is no where near being left on the porch as tracking stated. Twice this has happened. Anyone could have picked this up and kept it. ROCK HILL UPS - if your well paid drivers are too lazy to get out of the truck and deliver packages to the porch they need to be fired. The DITCH is not acceptable! And your 800# is a JOKE.

All I wanted to know is if there is a box there that I can use to ship my package in, thats all i wanted to know! I dont need rates or charges or tracking, I just needed to know if you have a box to ship my package in! Is that so hard?!

I scheduled a same day pick up through my choice and was called an hour later. The woman who called me informed me that my driver wouldnt be there until 8:30 pm that night, to come and park in the front of the building, and go through the right side door. When I arrived, I was told that they arent doing same-day pick ups this time of year, and that someone from the 800 number must have called me. I contacted the 800 customer service number to see if anything could be done, and the specialist agreed that there is no way that it could have been them that called me, since so much detail about timing and where to enter the building was given. My tracking has also been updated to show that same-day pick up was arranged, yet I was not able to pick it up that day. Now I have to wait 3 more days to pick up a very important and time-sensitive package, since it was Friday and UPS doesnt provide Saturday service. The only thing that I was able to do was file a complaint, which Im glad I did now seeing that this same thing has happened to another reviewer.

My Package was misdelivered to a company a few miles from my residence (according to ups). All of my information was correct but for some odd reason the delivery driver was careless and gave my package to another company. After driving up there, the company says it has been returned to ups and It has been very difficult to contact them to find out EXACTLY where my package is. They said they will send the delivery driver back up to the company to retrieve my package but according to the associate it was already sent back to ups this morning??? However their is no reflection of that even taken place and the driver did NOT scan the package when it was returned from the wrong address.Their is a lot of miscommunication and terrible service and no way of contacting this parcel directly. After considering going with this company for my shipping needs, that is now highly unlikely to happen. UPS has failed big time. Where is my package??

An utter joke. People watch three year olds all with legs and keep beter track. Had an overnight package sent and stated was out for delivery as expected. Were friends with our UPS delivery man and when he dropped off he said he was supposed to have two packages but only had one. I called customer care who talked to the distribution center and said they would find the package that night no matter what and deliver it. They rule from a throne of narcissistic trumpism lies and went home instead. What a lack of cinfidence and values, who do you hire here. My package is now scheduled 4 days late because people cant keep track of items with no extremities to move. What a complete lie of services offered or a care for customer service. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I have already contacted for 4 hours and not one solution. You should be ashamed somce thats literallly wjat your business is.

Axxon International, LLC has been using UPS since our company opened in 2008. Last month, Axxon used UPS to ship a time sensitive package for which delivery was required before 2:00pm the next day. Axxon chose the overnight shipping option with guaranteed delivery the next day by 12:00 noon. After our company received and paid the invoice, it was brought to our attention that the package had been delivered late. This cost our company an opportunity for a potentially large contract. I then called UPS, approximately 30 days after the ship date, to ask for a credit. Axxon had paid $90.00 for a service that was not provided. The customer service representative confirmed that this package was delivered late and then told me that had I called within 15 days from the shipment date, UPS would have gladly refunded Axxon’s money. When working for a busy company, you are not always immediately aware that a package was not received on time, as was the case here. UPS knowingly charged us $90.00 for a service that they admit they did not provide. Though Axxon was unaware of the fact that the package had been delivered late until after 15 days had passed since the delivery date and after Axxon had paid UPS for an overnight delivery service that they did not provide, UPS refuses to issue any type of credit. Axxon International, LLC has been a loyal customer for 10 years and we are very disappointed that this was the customer service that our loyalty has earned us.
