Lots of stuff for home improvement and repair and building stuff. The key making machine wasnt working, and freezers were hardly there 1 piece left. They restock twice a week Monday and Thursday so the following day might be the best day to visit. Stuff a friendly and helpful.
My mom and I went in to get an AC. We found one. The staff were very helpful and offered to help get the AC to the car. We appreciate the visit. Our cashier allowed us to check out with her instead of the open self check out. We were in and out in good time. Thanks for a positive visit. It is hard to get it sometimes.
Customer service at Lowes Rock Hill is excellent. My curbside orders are always fulfilled quickly and smoothly. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable here.. from the curbside order fulfillment, the paint department and over at the customer service station. I was in needing supplies for a job and and the service I received was unmatched.
Its hard to find an associate sometimes within the general store itself, but weve yet to encounter a negative customer experience. The rental department is so friendly and helpful!
I placed my online order on 5/31/21 for delivery on 6/30/21. I get both a text message and automated call for delivery reminder the day before.Turns out two separate stores are fulfilling my order.The other store gave me a delivery window from 11am-3pm. They arrived at 10:30am and called me an hour ahead. Which is no problem because my other items was suppose to delivered between 8am-12pm.This particular store gave me a delivery window from 8am-12pm. It’s currently past the delivery window so I’m calling both the store and “delivery support number”1. The store’s delivery department they transferred me to, somebody must’ve picked up and left the receiver on because it was just dead on the other end, no “hello” or anything.2. Called the store’s delivery department second time and the line just rings and rings for 6mins straight (because I got the time)3. Called a different direct number associated to the reminder text message I’d received the day prior. Now this number, I was with a live person

Another place I can get stuck at for 2 hrs and not be mad about it. Like to browse the home improvement stores. I was able to get help here this time. Its hit and miss on the help you get here and at the other locations. Best to know what youre doing or ask another shopper sometimes.
Very poor service. Women at cash register doesnt know her job. Asked for a manager to be told they were all in a meeting. Really! No excuse. The lady running the one cash register is also running self checkout. Dont believe that is how you run a store. Convenient but not good customer service. The lady didnt know how to do military discount thru self checkout. Not trained properly. I could go on and on. Drive the extra miles and go to York. Cashiers know their jobs.
For Refrigerators, not great! No one ever came to help us or answer any questions. There was no employee anywhere near. We were there for an hour looking and had questions. We found one we liked, looked it up online, saw it was $300 less at Best Buy, so we went and bought it there. We spent over $2000 on it, at another store. All because there was no one to help us. Maybe Lowes would have even price matched, but there was no one for us to even ask about that. If I was managing that store, or running a business with Low in the title, I would want to ensure the prices were actually low and the customers could get help when they needed it.
We recently purchased a new dishwasher from this Lowes. We were so impressed with our salesperson, Zachary Carrie. He was not only knowledgeable but went out of his way to research everything in stock that met our criteria. The dishwasher was delivered the next day. He even contacted the installer to try to get an installation date moved up. Thank you for having such a bright, young employee who made this experience one of the best appliance purchases we have ever had.
Lowes used to be a wonderful store and that the people were wonderful now they have hired people that dont care theyre very rude not knowledgeable at all they move things around I do not recommend Lowes shop Home Depot
Should not take an hour to check out. After waiting such a long time, for something that couldve been easily fixed. I was agitated, but instead of a calm polite greeting and or maybe some understanding, I was greeted with huffs and puffs and what did you do wrong. Which only escalated my annoyance. Need to learn to de-escalte issues instead of making them worse. I wont be coming back for a long while and I practically lived at this store...worse customer service Ive received in a while.The paint guy was nice and informative though! 👌
The workers are helpful and will always answer my questions. They are knowledgeable and can guide me to the items I am looking for.

New to the area from Gainesville Florida. Good store but customer service was really lacking today for my sons return. Something from the twilight zone. Talked to one person in hardware. They looked at me while I was talking, turned and walked off without saying anything. Confused as to whether I should follow. Never did help me. Very very weird and uncomfortable. I finally found the shelf pegs without help. Was so tired after move that I wanted to get in and out fast. Waited almost an hour to exchange a dryer cord from a 3 to 4 prong for a dryer we purchased from them a month earlier. They sent my son 3 times from the front to the back of the store. Guess phones must not work right ( sarcasm), nor is our time and feelings important. First time ever that I had a bad experience at a Lowes. It was very upsetting. Going to be a little while before I shake this one off.
The staff were very helpful. We needed a bucket of paint, and wasnt exactly sure what we were looking for, they helped us out and got us out extremely quick!
We ordered patio furniture at Lowes.com. The order was in 2 parts: 1) A set of 2 chairs, and 2) a loveseat/table combo. We received the loveseat/table set, but not the 2 chairs. We got an email saying that Your order had been delivered but it was not complete. I called Lowes three times and never got a person to answer after being on hold for 30 minutes each time. I selected the option for a call-back, which NEVER CAME. I talked to a person in the chat section of their website, and they told me, that it was out of their hands and I had to speak to the shipping company. The shipping company was trying to help, but they TOO did not get but one of the boxes. Now Lowes is washing their hands blaming Pilot freight, and Pilot is desperately trying to get Lowes to understand they never got both boxes. So now Lowes has 100% of my $700+ and I only have 1/2 of what I ordered. I do NOT recommend ordering ANYTHING, EVER from Lowes.com because you may never get your order and never see your money again.
I recently brought my brand new dog, an American Staffordshire Terrier, in with me on a quick shopping trip. Shes not the best at leash training so far, but we did the best we could. The employees and other customers were so good with her! Unfortunately, we had an episode where she urinated on the floor because she got nervous. I felt so awful, but an angel of an employee cleaned it up and reassured us both. The expedition into the store turned out to be quite an adventure, but this store was the best one to have it in. Thanks, Lowes, for allowing dogs and having such great employees!

Why isnt that the lowes in Fort Mill and Charlotte is stock with a lot better selection than Rock hill. Everytime I get on the internet and try ordering supplies or not available in Rock hill. Absolutely no customer service anymore. Tried calling the cabinet department and no one answered and I ask to speak with the manager and was hung up on two times and after I finally got to speak with the manager he had a attitude . It a shame when the manager does not no when someone is working in the cabinet department . He told me he would check to see if anyone was working today and call me back. Never heard a word. The managers are lazy and could care less. Just like several other reviews on this site no customer service.
I checked with Customer Service about getting a key cut. I waited over 30 minutes for an associate to assist me. I asked several associates for assistance, they just smiled and said that they would find someone to help. No one showed up until I went back to Customer Service 3 times. Then the person couldnt figure out how to cut the key. Its just a door key.
I just purchased a vinyl fence and got the best service from managers Katy (if I spelled right)Jordan and Rose sale person . I just start remodeling a house that I bought and I will do all my necessary improvements here.I will make many trips to Lowe’s in Rock Hill,SC .Great prices, great service, wonderful people!!
The gentlemen in the paint section and the flooring sections were very helpful. They went out of their way to help every customer and searched for items for me and me others. Ill come back again because of the great service I received.
I went to the lowes.. Needed.. Wood.. Nails and a rake to do my chores..paid the lady and hit the doors.. Built a fire.. And ate some Smores.
It was bittersweet I was shopping in the home and garden area barely got help and after I got everything and went to the front to check out the guy was rude and said I should have checked out back there which I didnt know and didnt see anyone so I went all the way back there and checked out the lady was nice
This store is always so loud and understaffed. I always give it a chance but wind up disappointed. No sense in organization or merchandise. Scant selection.
The way I witnessed the ASM, Todd talking to an employee who was so sweet and trying to help us with something she hasn’t done before was shocking. I have my own business and if my employee ever needed help, I’d be right there to guide them through. Todd, you should be ashamed at the way you spoke to one of your employees yesterday, totally unprofessional. I’ve also confronted corporate about the issue. Nice people are few and far between nowadays and the lady who was helping us get a new washer & dryer was so exceptionally sweet and did not deserve to be embarrassed the way she was, I would of been just as embarrassed and my manager spoke to me the way he spoke to her.
I had rang to call button but nobody came to help. Luckily, another employee from a different department was walking by and did a great job helping me!
My last 5 visits to this store were horrible. Went in looking for stock hardware and some misc items. The shelves were empty but upon further research, the items we’re all there just in the overhead shelving where only an employee is allowed to get them. I asked for help each time, only to end up going to the aisle with the ladders and getting it down myself. As I walked around, I noticed employees and management just standing around talking to each other looking important but doing nothing. How about use your time to stock your shelves with what you already have in stock?? I gave 2 stars because they did have the product, just had to climb ladders literally to get it.
My in store treatment was a 0 in the York, SC and the Rock Hill, SC. 50 minutes spent in store 20/30 and no one helped me. In Rock Hill an employee helped a couple while I was there and then never assisted me. I took the info from in store and ordered online. I am seriously considering switching loyalty to the competition.
People were helpful and they have everything you need for your home and lawn. This location in particular always has exceptional customer service every time I go.
It was adventurous, everyone was friendly, and courteous I loved the flowering section in the garden I had fun!
The location is convenient, in a shopping center. The employees are helpful. I use the Lowes app and have shopped in-person, as well as curbside pickup.

Id give less than 1 star if I could. I purchased a new mower on 4/19/21 that was promised on 4/25/21. Its now 4/28 and I dont have the $3500 mower I purchased nor can I get any sort of ETA. This dumpster store isnt concerned with customer service and its blantent. Lowes lost a customer and home depot gained one.
If I could give fewer than 1 star I would. Employees are of no help. It is also a dangerous place with employees pushing dollies of stock with no regard for customers.
Terrible service and zero accountability! Bought a BRAND NEW whirlpool dryer from here in late March 2020. Breaks after 9 months. I have the Whirlpool team out to repair. Broken again 5 months later with a different issue. Lowe’s has sold a lemon and doesn’t care at all! No accountability and no help.

This is by far my favorite Lowes Ive ever shopped at. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and more then happy to help with any questions. Ive noticed other locations would have food trucks come through durring lunch time. I think even Home Depot does the same thing, but it be nice if this location would bring a truck out as well. Theres a truck I just ate at recently called The Garbage Truck that I think would be perfect. I had always heard about them and was finally able to try their food and absolutely loved it. Idk just a thought I had. Anyways love this location and will continue to come for many years.

Horrible visit. i came in to buy a bunch of different items for the rental im about to rent out. i drive from cherry road an instead of goin to lowes go to lowes. well idk what was going on today but out of 30 items 20 25 rung up wrong well no big deal. at least intill they started resuing that i was lieing as if im making up princes trying to get good deals. after todays visist i guess ill have to go to the home depot i pass for the suppplies for my 10 rentals an personal property i own. hopefully i get a response back or im gonna tell all my friends jusst to avoid that place. not great after 20 years of business. need to retrain employees. it is not my fault a 6 dollar item is in a 4 dollar spot its not like i have a gun to check prices. hopefully this is addressed. I made a purchase of 2 refrigerators, and a dishwasher the first week of February 2021. Since I made this purchase, I have had nothing but a horrible experience. I am well aware you use a third party for deliveries, and I am a claims coordinator for a third-party delivery logistics company, so I understand the ins and outs of things and I am very understanding of a lot of things, but this is out of control.Dishwasher experience: The store associate charged me a $35.00 haul away fee, I did not have a dishwasher in the home and was told this was charged so the install tech would remove their trash once install was complete. The delivery company arrived 2 hours after my scheduled time frame and did not have all the parts to install it correctly. He left and a week later someone called me to schedule another install. The same guy came out and broke my emergency shut-off valve inside my home. Lowes did nothing to assist in getting this resolved. The install company resolved this for me. The tech did not take his garbage and advised me he was not allowed to do so, and the fee I was charged was not correct. I called Lowes again to complain about this fee and was given a store gift card for the install fee, I had to drive 30 minutes into town to pick up a gift card instead of getting cash back forcing me to spend it in your store. No follow-up was provided by the store on this matter.Refrigerator experience:1st fridge no delivery issues, all though I did not need 2 of them I had to buy 2 in order to have a fridge in time for my move. I was later advised you have a loner program in times like this, that would have saved me nearly $600.00 insane I was not advised of this by the store associate.2nd fridge and the pain of the entire experience with your store. I order all these appliances on the same day. The store associate advised me the side by side would be delivered in mid-March. During a discussion with a manager (no name was given) while on the phone about the dishwasher issue, she stated my fridge would be here May 5th, 2021. I was upset that NO ONE called me to inform me of the new date or any delays, she stated you can go ahead and cancel your order, but all stores are delayed right now not at all a professional or decent management response. When asked how to reach her if I had any further questions she said, any manager can help you Fast forward to last week, I called, and the sweet appliance associate called the manufacture and confirmed my delivery for May 5. I called the store on Monday 5/3/2021due to not having heard from anyone as of yet, and I was told that my delivery has been bumped out another month. I obviously was not happy and waited on hold to speak to someone for 20 minutes in the appliances department, I hung up and called back and asked for a manager. I spoke with a lead cashier who stated all the managers were in a meeting. He placed me on hold and attempted to help me. He advised me Zach was going to going to refund and re-enter my order to have the delivery date bumped to the end of this week. Well, Zach NEVER called me. I called the store again this morning and was told by Quincy that he was going to call the manufacture again and return my call. No apologies have been issued, no one is taking responsibility. I am sure I am not the only one who has gone through this.I AM ABSOLUTELY DUMBFOUNDED OVER HOW THIS STORE DOES BUSINESS. I understand that my purchase may not have been huge, but it is MY heartbroken, hard-earned money, the remaining money from my late sons life insurance, this is a horrible way to do business, yall should be ashamed at how you treat customers!

Love how Lowes now offers curbside pickup, right now that really sets them apart. Took them some time to bring my stuff out but they have always been slow getting online orders together so that isnt anything new. I really think they should advertise the curb side pickup, great service for those who dont want to deal with others who wont wear masks and stuff in the store.

This Lowes is exceptional. I have zero problems withe one. I can always find help and they are fully stocked . Easy access to I-77. Plenty of parking . Surrounded by restaurants and other stores .

I found the product I was looking for. A weird machine attached with some surveillance cameras greeted me when I parked. I feel like living in a Orwellian dystopian future. great amenities next to your home.
My father went to this Lowe’s location to get some rocks and stepping stones for our pathway. He had to load all 16 bags of rocks, 10 bags of sand, and 10 large stepping stones all by himself. I would hope there would be a worker out there to help him because it is not okay on the body to lift all of that. He’s now in pain, I am highly disappointed with the lack of help since that is their job.
This is the second and last time I have ordered an appliance from Lowes. This is also the second time I am running around calling different people for an order I placed on 12.9.20, being told it would be delivered to the store on 12.17.20 for the installers to pick up. On 12.17.20, Lowes gave me the phone number to the installer who then told me Lowes had not received the appliance yet. I called Lowes again to be told it was scheduled to be delivered on 12.25.20, but that being a holiday it could be before or after, basically who knows? Today, 12.29.20, I have been calling for a hour to get a status update only to be transferred from this department or that department. I got online to try and look up the status that way. I am currently trying to get a hold of their customer care team, I have only been holding for 5 minutes so far with them. This really is ridiculous. I had this same experience with the first appliance order I made. I should have known better. This time it is shame on me.
Awful. Waited 30 min for someone to come out to give me some hay from the truck. Turns out they where out . Very unorganized, nobody knows what they need to be doing.

Every time we go there, they have everything we need at least 98% of the time. The assistants are always courteous and helpful. The prices are reasonable, and they have an assortment of sales items.
Ive placed quite a few online orders over the last couple months. All of them were filled quickly and I had no issues picking them up.Today I returned 4 pre-made fence panels and they were great about letting me keep them in my trailer and helping me unload them after processing my return.I cant speak to price and selection because Im quite the amateur at all this, but my experience with their customer service has been great
