I needed to have a new end put on my pressure washer hose. My father suggested Cardinal, as they do a lot of work repairing hydrolic hoses for him. I went in, 5 minutes later I walked out with a repaired hose. The price was extremly reasonable .. I actually could not believe the price they gave me. The quality is great. I would highly recomend them. Very friendly easy to work with. Ill go back for any kind of fittings I need. They have everything... racks and racks of fittings. You wont be sorry !

I had a rare need and Cardinal Rubber & Seal sealed the deal! HA! I had 3 canisters from Guam (Moms canisters from 1972!!) and it needed a rare rubber seal gasket. I had called many different companies with the wrong name of rubber ring and no one knew what I was referring to even when I emailed a picture of it. Apparently, I had the wrong name and when I realized it I researched for companies that specialize in rubber seal gaskets. When I called Cardinal Rubber & Seal in Rock Hill, SC (USA) and Chris answered my call, I knew I was home free! He had a curiosity and confidence in his voice and he assured me that they could manufacture it for me. I was so relieved and I ordered a quantity of 6. I gave Chris the measurements and it was completed within a week. I returned to pick up my order and went home to try to fit it on the lid and it was too big. Apparently, I had the wrong measurements and I went back to Cardinal with a rubber seal gasket in tact and now I could provide the exact measurements. Chris told me he would call when its ready and he is a man of his word. Chris called me when it came in and I returned in a week because it was the 4th of July week. I was thrilled when the order was complete. At that moment, I was willing to pay for the second order due to my inaccurate measurements and Chris assured me that its free because I had paid for the previous purchase. I insisted on paying for them due to labor and cost and he kindly said that it wasnt much labor because it was a machine that manufactured it for me. The cost was less than $13!!! WOW!! Customer service, dedication, passion and professionalism still exist with Cardinal Rubber & Seal in Rock Hill, SC!!! Thank you for keeping the Dream Alive!! This is a true example of never giving up on finding those rare gems in the world. Seek and ye shall find... Rock on!!
