I recently went for an initial screening and was very impressed. Contact leading up to the appointment was very thorough. I felt very comfortable during the whole screening. Dr. Vair made sure I understood exactly what was going to take place and always ready to answer any questions I may have. Everyone was very friendly and truly made me feel like family. I highly recommend.

First let me say DrJackie and her staff are wonderful….Several years ago I went to 3 audiologists and were soo disappointed and no one would listen or tried to help me… on first visit, Dr Jackie listened and was so compassionate about helping improve my hearing… She tested and now have had hearing aids and improved my life so much… God bless Dr Jackie and her staff…

For years, the Audiology Center has provided excellent care for me and my family. Their care and guidance for the hearing impaired surpasses all like places. Doctors and staff are the best we have found anywhere.

Everyone at the Audiology Center is helpful. They take the time to investigate the cause of problems, make adjustments, clean devices, and retest hearing at intervals if needed. While I have had problems with hearing aids, they never fail to investigate, advise, make software changes and clean the devices, and the results are always an improvement in my hearing. Thank you!.

The Audiology Center is awesome. The staff is very friendly, and very helpful. I was able to get an appointment within a week of when I called. Dr. Barrett is wonderful! She is patient, kind and caring. She answered all my crazy questions and she taught me a lot.

Everyone in the office is friendly and smiles. I didnt have to wait to be seen. My audiologist was thorough and sold me a pair of hearing aids that are working well for me. I am most impressed with the small amount of feedback noise and least impressed with the cost. Thank you for asking my opinion.

Dr. Sara helped me to get hearing aids through SC Vocational Rehab. And shes been great in all my follow-ups. If youre a young person with trouble hearing, dont be reluctant to get hearing aids! You wouldnt go without glasses, after all.

I have been a member of The Audiology Center family for over six years. Dr. Jackie and the entire staff are wonderfully capable, friendly and professional. I never hesitate to call if I have a question or concern. I recently purchased new hearing aids and could not be happier with the assistance I received in choosing them and being fitted. I especially am grateful for the time spent with me in educating me on the new technology and capabilities of my new HAs.

Sarah is very professional and makes you feel very comfortable throughout the testing process. She frequently asks if you have questions. She wants you to understand the process and open exchange gives her the tools to better equip those with hearing loss.

The Dr (cant spell it, not gonna butcher it) was very patient and understanding with my 2 year old who needed to have his hearing checked due to a speech delay. Weve seen her twice now and will again in a few months for another follow up. Even though my 2 year old didnt cooperate with the hearing tests, she still did her best!

The Audiology Center has been fantastic. I see Dr. Sarah Vair and she is very thorough and patient to make sure that everything is right from my first (2 years ago) visit with my old hearing aids through now. I recently had a hearing test and purchased new hearing aids. I primarily wear the aids to help address my tinnitus. Dr. Vair went over the different kind of and manufacturers of the various hearing aids available on the market today. Dr. Vair and all of the staff at the Audiology Center have been fantastic!
