I built a bedside table for my apartment and needed a piece of glass to sit on the top. I took a shot in the dark wondering if Rock Hill Glass could make something small enough for me to use. Rock Hill glass has done several jobs for us. On the last job, the windows leaked after installation. His installers left handprints, silicon etc/glazing handprints and mess on all the windows, which required 2 days of careful cleaning. This was more than the normal minor cleaning. Devins attention to detail is lacking and he cant handle issues in a professional manner.

Rock hill glass did a commercial store front job. One of the windows cracked. They blamed it on us. We paid them to fix it and after some time the same window cracked again. They did not honor any warranty and they are telling me that it must be from heat. The lady was rude when she answered the phone. Left messages to Devin and he would not return phone calls.

I ordered a single piece of glass they told me one week, 2 weeks later they still didn’t have it ready and told me it would be 2 days, still no call back, end of the 3rd week called back and it still wasn’t done, completely unprofessional

My frameless shower door was installed perfectly. Job well done!
