If there was a number lower than 0 that’s exactly what I would rate this company. Melissa is very unprofessional and very untruthful. This company is not worth working for and I would personally struggle before I ever work here again. When my assignment was ended here I received a phone call stating that I had to come in office to complete paperwork, I asked was my job at stake due to me being tardy once due to car issues Melissa stated to me no. However when I went in office there was no paperwork in sight that needed to be completed, instead Melissa walks me to the back and informs me my job had ended. Later that day I called back and asked Melissa was she aware that my job was ending when I asked the first time we spoke she told me yes that she was aware so basically I was lied to. Never I repeat NEVER work for this company just look the other way.

I applied for a recruiter position. And was met with what I would say discrimination. Having has worked within HR 5+ years. I can tell the lady Michelle or Melissa looked at my resume and generalized me. Asking questions with hints of skepticism that my qualifications aren’t aligned with the objectives of the role. She pretty much asked why a Mass Communications degreed professional would work within recruiting... completely unprofessional considering my knowledge and experience. After I was frank and called her out she told me the position was no longer available all of a sudden. So I asked to speak to the owner or manager. She disconnected the call. When I called back to file a complaint. She answered a again and lied and said she was the owner. After hanging up and calling back again I was able to speak with the owner. And while he tried to smooth the situation over the damage has been done. I sent the owner my resume and three had written letters of recommendations. He followed up but like i stated the damage was done. Please beware of temp agencies while seeking employment during this pandemic. Like I mentioned to the owner, recruiters literally hold positions that can make the difference between a person putting food on their table. Their should be a level of tact and professionalism as well as being completely unbiased. And that’s why I completed a mass communications degree because I run into a lot of Melissa’s that work at express employment. Terrible.

When i asked for a different job instead of pkaufmann, they gave me pkaufmann anyway despite the constant disrespect i had to endure for 2 years. When i told them i applied for something else, I overheard Jeff on the phone saying going in circles when he was the one going in circles putting me back at pkaufmann. If Jeff want to be a comedian like Robin Williams, good luck, because he will never ever be as funny as Robin Williams. So dont waste your time on Jeff

In my time working with temp agencies I have never had to wait more than a month to be placed. I’ve been on file with express for a year and have yet to placed or offered any position. There are many other temps in the area that will place you quickly. Just a horrible experience all around. And I have talked to three different recruiters in this office. Same experience.

No one calls you back or helps you find a job.

I was recently laid off due to my company closing. I visited Express 2 days later, they were very helpful. I did have to complete some testing in the front office but it was very basic. I interviewed with a client of theirs the next day and accepted an offer making $20.00 an hour! I am so thankful for Allie and Angel, they were a big help. I will recommend this office to everyone I know!

Express has been wonderful to work with. They have been able to find me work on a number of occasions, work that has lead to full time employment not just a temp position. I highly recommend their services.

I hate to pull the discrimination card but I feel like that’s what’s going on here. I have left Brennan countless messages. I NEVER heard back. I know that I am qualified for the dozens of positions I have applied over a year ago. This place is a waste of time. Not fair that they get paid for NOT employing others. Maybe I’ll try to contact a higher up from Regional to get a response. I’m highly offended and disappointed.

I have had no help or luck from them. No one calls you back or even helps you. I was sent on an interview for a job that was not being hired for and was not informed of this ahead of time.

Someone called my phone and only stated my first and last name. No introduction of who they were or why they were calling or actually asking to speak to the person they are looking for. Not only that they sounded bored, exasperated and lied about the process, seeing as I’ve been to other locations and know about the interview to start the process of connecting you to jobs. Not your file being stashed away while there are available positions you qualify for as they claimed. How about if you don’t like your recruiting job maybe you should recruit yourself to a new one.

Another staffing agency that hunts you down just to ghost you after they put you through this extensive process of applying. They tell you that they have several positions for you when they really dont. Dont waste your time with this company if you are eager to find work.

This is a great place to get guaranteed work from. The people are amazing, they really sit down, and help you find a great job. Please visit it your looking for a good job, and great people.

They have a very knowledgeable Professional Placement Specialist named Talicia. She definitely works hard to get her candidates placed! They also have a very personable Front Office Coordinator!

Quick to blow you off. Surely to make you feel as if youre not a priority. Really disappointed.

Representatives are very rude I have experience in several job fields have been registered with them for years they inform you that they are submitting you for jobs yet they never return your call then when you give up and finally go up there they are extremely rude
