I was very satisfied with my service from We Fix Phone Repair. My phone was repaired in a timely manner and the price was below other quotes. The store was also open after 4 pm on a Sunday when their competition was closed.

Very pleased with the service from one employee but not very impressed in my return visit I was told by the first employee that I met that they could do something for me, and then i was not expressed by the second employee on my return what i needed it could not be done. i was kind of disappointed so I order offline instead of making my purchase from them I rebuilt the battery pack myself for less money I love giving local business my business its not about the money its about the support of the neighborhood need to do a little personality check

Great experience getting a new battery on my IPhone. Extremely knowledgable people who really know what they are doing PLUS a $10 coupon if making appt on line. After installation my phone was tested for all speakers and microphones. Good advice about charging when I got home. Highly recommend. Save yourself a trip to an Apple store. This store knows their stuff.

After owning my iPhone 6 for around 4 years, it finally happened. It slipped out of my hand when I was fiddling with my keys, hit the concrete driveway and the screen shattered in a million pieces. The screen still turned on but you could barely read anything and little shards of glass fell out when you tried to use the touch screen. It hasn’t been under warranty for quite some time and a new phone isn’t in my budget right now. I was able to book an appointment online for the same day and even got $10 off for booking online. The staff was great and they had my phone fixed in like 20 minutes. I definitely recommend them if you find yourself in a similar situation.

My appointment was an hour later than originally scheduled. That was the only negative. The Tech knew his stuff and had the battery changed in no time. Highly recommend.

The staff were very helpful and made me feel welcome. There was a snag with their computer which would not process any credit card charges. Luckily I had one check with which to pay, but this delayed me getting to work on time, so a little inconvenient.

They replaced my cracked iPhone 7 screen with a cheap aftermarket screen with a greenish tint. Would have been nice to know that the finished product wouldn’t display anywhere close to the actual iPhone.
