Delivered here this morning, great folks with great attitudes! Wish I got to deal with more people like them. I Delivered on the mattress side, check in at door 62.

Shipping and receiving is by dock 21. Come here close to your appointment time or they will make you wait. Back in to assigned dock and they will cut your seal and then back into spot. After you’re loaded go back to office and pick up your bol. Otherwise friendly easy going staff that isn’t Convid 19 annoying.

Been here for a hour and a half still haven’t gotten loaded

My original review was concerning the fact that you may be given an appointment time it does not mean that is the time you will be docked.

Appt. was 6pm and left 10:30pm. little slow. but the white guy in the front desk with a diamond tattoo in his right hand was Awesome and respectful and professional. Some times the attitude matters more than speed of loading and unloading.

Its a great place traveled there with tractor trailer and load of pallets

I come here just about every other day, Ive never had any issue and the most time Ive spent here is 2hrs and that only happen once but usually an hr and half or less... Dont come any earlier than 30mins from your appt time, they will make you wait for your appt time..

I always get a smile checking in and the dock workers are the fastest and most polite around.

Very slow,one person with 7 people in line...dont come here.very slow.six pallets only 500 lbs.should be ten minutes max.byt here three hours.. Lazy ppl interested in social hours.

Extremely rude and snooty persons behind the window. Bad attitude toward all drivers. Would not recommend that anyone use this place for a load. Its just not worth the time and hassle

I have appointment for delivery 11:00. I came 10:42 in the office. They told me back in the office 11:00 Unloading 12:30

DONT COME MORE THAN AN HOUR BEFORE YOUR APPT TIME, if you do then you will just be wasting time, parkedpalong the edge of the fence. I used the time to get my 10,000 steps in for today.-------------------------------------------------------------------------Was gonna give x2 stars, but gave x3 stars because they didnt make me or a lot of others leave the premises and come back. My pickup was at 17:00 and got here at 13:00.Another driver was here at 12pm appt 16:00pm, he fell asleep and went in with me at 16:55pm, and they said he had to reschedule delivery.Few snack machines in the check in area and a single restroom.-------------------------------------------------------------------------NEARBY - There is a LOVES on I77 exit 83 just north of here if you need some supplies, but DONT count on the LOVES for parking because it gets full quick. The LOVES has a Subway and CAT scales.

Do not come early. 1 hr max.

Make sure you know its a drop and hook are a live load if not beware they going to be bitching about it

Try to avoid this place. Very rude people at the receiving office. Feel bad for the owners of the company as they probable have no idea how many clients theyre losing because of rude and incompetent people who are working in their company.

6 hours to load a trailer? Are they using my trailer to grow stuff first?

As already been mentioned before, the staff are rude and do not dare to come here even 10 minutes before your appointment, you will be turned away.

You need an order number ... to load ... the shipping offices are in the middle of ramps 31 and 32 ... at the time of loading you have to unhook the box to be loaded ... and then return to the office for the papers
