The BEST carpet cleaning we have had. Very professional, very fairly priced and the job was done yesterday morning and our carpet was dry last evening. That has never happened before. Don’t call anyone else. This company is the best.

I bought a home and the carpets were in terrible shape to the point I thought they would need to be fully replaced. There were mystery stains in every room and a huge ugly stain at the top landing of the stairs. Fiber-Tec was able to come out within a week and did an amazing job with the carpets! They look nearly brand new and saved me a TON in carpet replacement!

I wish I had taken before and after pictures. It is amazing what they did with our carpets!! We will definitely have them out for regular cleanings! Still amazed that they got the pet stains, sharpie stains, and even worked a little magic on the slime/putty embedded in the carpet!

7/31/21 - Update for another awesome job done! Weve been staring at these hideous red mystery stains for YEARS. Fiber Tec Services absolutely blew my mind today when they were able to (very easily) remove those horrible red stains (probably Koolaid). The photo doesnt do it justice - it was such an eye sore! Ive had my carpets shampooed by another company previously and they never offered a remedy or possible solution and stated there was nothing that could be done. Fiber Tec said, Hey yall WATCH THIS!!! and then WOWED me. Theyve cleaned my carpets twice now and I wont use anybody else.

This was a great experience! It’s a family owned business and they really know their craft. The receptionist Peggy was super helpful from the start, and the couple that came and cleaned my carpet were extremely punctual and did an amazing job. I’ve had my carpet cleaned before in rock hill and it almost felt dirtier after. These guys left my house feeling brand new, smelling great, and were extremely kind. I can’t recommend them enough! More than I expected for my carpet!!!! Worth every penny!

My dog peed on our couch in 5 places while we were out of town. Since it had really set in, I knew I would need a professional to use an enzyme cleaner on it. This was the first place I called and I was actually going to just get a quote. But, the lady I spoke with on the phone was so sweet and nice that I decided to use Fiber Tec. I was a little nervous about leaving my key and letting them in my house while I was at work but for no reason. They texted me when they got to my house and when they left. My couch is like brand new, you cant smell any urine at all. And they were nice enough to turn on my fan in the living room when they left so it would dry. I also had them clean my loving room area rug. I recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Wonderful experience. We had multiple upholstered chairs and an area rug cleaned - all of them look brand new! At the time of service, they were up front about what to expect and pointed out specific place that might be tough to clean, plus on place where a thread was beginning to come loose - I appreciated the transparency. In the end, all the items looked better than I had hoped. We’ll certainly call on FiberTec again.

After calling several different companies to clean our sectional sofa we decided on Fiber Tech. Set up the appointment. Got a text before they arrived. Very, very friendly and professional. Shane and Jennifer (husband and wife) came in an got straight to work. Exposing the process and answering our question while continually work on our huge sofa, 11 cushions and 15 pillows.We initially called due to a stain the size of your hand. And as you can see in the attached photo it was soloed more than we thought. Actually embarrassed because we have only had this sofa for a few months. Shave explained how oils from our skin, pets etc can soil upholstery and carpet quickly. Like I said both he and his wife are very knowledgeable.Jennifer treat out sofa as her own. Getting everything spot treated as she helped Shane. I’m not easily impressed but these two highly impressed. This is a family company that works around and with your schedule. They were in and out as soon as they could and without leaving a set mess or chemical smells. We will not use anyone else. We have but never seen a company that again treats your home as their own. Put protection over our hardwoods floors for protection. Went over and over to ensure every square inch of the sofa and ottoman were cleaned. Very trustworthy. Did exactly what they said they would do and more. You may find another company cheaper? But like I said we’ve used several in the area. Never had such satisfying work as we did with Fiber Tech. I rarely do reviews but if you are looking for the actual best in upholstery and carpet cleaning get in touch with Fiber Tech. If you don’t you’re getting second best. Didnt end up using this service yet because we scheduled it and then Shane had me send photos of the oriental rugs I was going to have cleaned and he very honestly told me that he could get the pet stains completely out but it would have to be sent away to sit in a bath, costing a lot more and wouldnt be worth the cost if the dog was still marking the rugs. He did offer surface cleaning to remove some of the stains and odor and well do that when we have a weekend away to let the rugs dry completely in place. We waited over 3 hours for stanley steemer they had been told our phone number at least 5 times. When I called them they saud we gave them our wrong number. Maybe they can come next week. I was furious. I called Shane at fiber tec services explained to him we were about to move in etc. This was after 5pm on Friday August 11th. He said he would be there within an hour. He showed up did a SUPERIOR job, explained everything and said if there is ever a problem jyst call me and I will come back. The carpet looks brand new. Also he was cheaper than Stanley steemer. Super nice guy I HIGHLY recommend him. 5* service.
