I dont mind having my blood drawn, but this time I had an EXCELLENT draw!From the front desk to the phlebotomist, everyone was very friendly.Covid safety was strictly enforced so I felt very safe. Thank you for a great experience.

I would encourage the Admin/Receptionists to work on customer service. I was asked an inappropriate question. Another gentleman was dismissed harshly for approaching the window just to ask a question.

Everyone super friendly! Taleigha took my blood first try! Usually takes 3 pokes or so with my veins rolling and only having one good one. I had waited all morning and afternoon at my primary, first care, all for nothing to get done. I left primary furious, came to labcorp and asked if they could do these two blood tests my gyno wanted done. They said yes, they just needed the order faxed. I’m so glad I had the thought to come and ask, best descion I made all day! They got the fax, let me come in, took my blood and I was in and out within 10minutes. These people just made my day! I went from being on verge of tears to smiling! Thank you to EVERYONE who works here!! Y’all made my day! Now I can go home and take my medicine that I’ve had to be off of for two weeks. I’m so happy! I highly recommend to anyone needing blood work! So friendly and wonderful, start to finish

First off I want to state that the phlebotomist that I worked with was excellent little timid but thats fine We all got to start somewhere. Secondly your staff member Maci Howell deemed it necessary to walk up to the front desk and discuss personal private information about me loud enough everybody in the waiting room could hear it I have 50% hearing loss so if I heard it everybody else did, is that standard practice?

This place is a mess! Broken check in area.. door is horrible and dirty ... was overlooked twice for my appointment because the check in was all confused.. 5 chairs.. 10 people waiting ..just dirty and gross .Would never want my blood drawn there!!CLOSE THIS LOCATION yuck

Doctor faxed over an order. They claimed it was not an order after I waited for one hour. Had them give me the paperwork and it was clearly an order for it said “order information”. Also verified that it was with my doctor. They don’t know what they are doing. I arranged my busy schedule at work and took off so I can get this done. I decided to leave because if they can’t read they’re not touching me with a needle.

I was injured on the job and had to go to LabCorp for a drug test to qualify for workers comp. The wonderful staff here were even kind enough to give me an ice pack for my injured hand. Thank you all! The new check-in system was a bit hard due to said injury but the staff were extremely sweet and helped me when allowed to. Wait was expected and far quicker than my first visit over half a year ago when I needed a test due to a company policy on new hires.

Booked an appt online for routine lab work ordered by my primary care physician. Arrived the next morning 20 minutes prior to my 8:30am appt, scanned my check-in code at the sign-in kiosk, and my name was called almost immediately. I turned in the lab orders, paid for services, and was having the blood drawn in less than 10 minutes. The staff was extremely pleasant, professional, and courteous. I was finished and sitting in my car to leave at 8:25am. Thank you so much! (See you again in about 6 months!)

They were able to see me right on time. They knew exactly what I needed from the sheet my dr sent and the super sweet lady (Heather) drawing my blood was very quick and gentle. Overall I was very pleased!

I needed some blood-work done & I am afraid of needles. This young lady did such a quick & painless job, I couldnt believe it was over already! Extremely professional service! Would certainly recommend to anyone in need of their services.

Made my reservation online and checked in on the tablet, was called to the front desk, and then called back for my labs. Everyone was friendly and the blood draw was painless - didn’t feel a thing. Super group of ladies!!!

If there was an option for no star, I would choose it. Why is there a “policy” that I can not have my child waiting in the waiting room for drug testing? The door to the lab is locked. My child is old enough to wait as I do a simple drug test for graduate school. The staff could not explain to me the rationale for this but to say it is “our policy” does not suffice. It makes no sense to me. How is my child waiting in the waiting room going to effect my drug testing? Your cooperate office needs to rethink this assinine “policy”.

Wow...just about the most rude personnel I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I was treated with an attitude because I arrived 10 minutes before they began urine tests for employment. When I raised my eyebrows at the way I was being treated I was told not to “get excited”. Wow! Just...wow!

Everyone actually seems to like their job here! How refreshing! Professional, courteous, efficient.

Surly, unhelpful receptionist. Didn’t get beyond that because situations escalated and I left without getting a simple pre-employment drug screen. Should have been easy, turned out to becoming a very horrible experience. I’ve used other Labcorp locations in the past with zero issues. Seems as though both the receptionist and office manager are paid to be unhelpful.Go to another office or another lab if you can. If not, be prepared to be treated badly by the office staff.

I’m giving it 1 star but honestly after my experience today at this place I wish I could give it no stars. I travel a lot for work and I’m required by my place of employment to submit a drug screening each time I travel. On my visit today I witnessed some of the rudest, inappropriate, HIPAA violating behavior I have ever seen. There was a young man there who had been waiting for quite some time so naturally he appeared to be uncomfortable given that MOST ppl show up ready to produce urine. He was not rude to any of the staff at all, he just verbally stated that he really needed to use the restroom. Which is the way all of us in the waiting room felt after having to wait an inconvenient amount of time. I understand that it’s a process but none of the staff showed any sense of urgency and were more concerned with making sure one of her coworkers got her cell phone fixed. The lady behind the desk was extremely rude and condescending to him and repeatedly insinuated and all but confirmed that because he appeared anxious, he was on drugs. She heckled him and whispered about him to her coworkers which I easily overheard and repeatedly belittled him by asking him to “calm down”. He was in no way being erratic, HE JUST HAD TO PEE. When they FINALLY called him back he ended up nearly having an accident on himself and began sweating profusely. She insulted him further by asking if he needed medical attention. Not sure if she’s that ignorant or maybe she’s never been in a position of having to restrain a full bladder and almost pissing on herself in front of everyone but either way her behavior is inexcusable. To openly imply that someone is a drug user based on your ill formed opinion is wrong and cold hearted and has no place in the healthcare industry. The front desk lady here could certainly use a lesson in common courtesy and decency.

I was reluctant to take my 2 year old here because of all the negative reviews, but in order to get her labs done in a timely manner we decided to go forward. Scheduling the appt was easy online, waited less than 5 minutes to be taken back, the phlebotomist was quick and efficient with our toddler and even gave her some stickers afterwards. Overall great experience and certainly dont think the negative reviews should deter you from giving them a chance.

The lady at the front desk was really rude I assume she was having a bad day I think her name was elona they really need to work on customer service I definitely wouldnt reccomend anyone to go here

Had to go here because of my insurance. I was very skeptical because of all the bad reviews, but the lady at the front desk was nice, and the lady who drew my blood was also very nice.

Front office staff is rude, as you ask questions they close the window on you. The waiting room is full of people who have been waiting FOREVER. I will not come back here again. Getting labs shouldnt take up a whole morning.

This place only gets two stars because they took the blood sample. They looked for any excuse for us to come back another day because we were there at 4:40. I will ask the doctor for another blood testing company next time.
